Absent a response, I think we can safely assume that Tony has no qualifications whatsoever, yet he positions himself so authoritatively as the expert, leading to massive investor losses. Only question in my view is whether he is a Walter Mitty character or a determined fraudster, pumping the gullible into a loss making investment?
