RE: Another Pump and Dump3 Nov 2022 17:09
As the 6m represents 3.48% of the share capital, a clarification of seller will now be forth coming. Very possibly the Appledore Land company who were given 9m shares (last week) as final payment of the Appledore shipyard.
The question will be, first thing tomorrow, does that clear the air or is there an overhang?
7.2p, with several highs at that level recently, represents an important close. Anything above that and technically, further gains should ensue. Support below remains strong but not impenetrable. Interesting times.
I wish the company would have done a share buy back but instead we get further dilution near the all time low. Hopefully, the assets its enabled to be purchased, are far more valuable now 100% owned and producing a profit (Appledore itself that is with a £55m single contract plus other work)...
Without that 6m shares to aid supply, it would have been a very significant up day, possibly closing above the 7.2p level.
All eyes on the open!
