With respect your back with this same old chestnut of material RNS's that constantly keeps coming up, near weekly now & I keep trying to explain it, but sadly isn't being grasped.
I'm actually going to add this topic into the document, for new investors to read & to try & understand the difference between Mirriad's Business model & that of 95% of the rest of the market.
Now lets go through an example one last time & hopefully everyone will grasp it in the meantime.
Mirriad's Business Model is not normal, Mirriad effectively is a facilitator (non cash) between a content provider & an advertiser.
Now GM has come on the VPP scene since lets say mid December 2024, its one of the biggest USA advertisers out there, MTH's post the other day called them a "partner" yet we all know that this partner along with all the other advertising partners out there hasn't been announced in either an RNS or Reach release.
Yes if a Multinational was ok with Mirriad announcing its name, then it could be included in an RNS or Reach release, but its not price sensitive because GM & all the others as it currently stands don't pay money to Mirriad (that might change with the Diverse Marketplace) but for now that's the case.
The advertisers pay there money (Ad$) to either the content provider, the SSP, DSP or some other entity in the highly complex ad ecosystem. As I keep re-iterating for everyone, it takes roughly 3 months for Mirriad's share of that cash to filter down into its bank account. That occurs through the individual "contract terms" of the partnerships that were signed by the Content Provider & Mirriad. They are private & the amount of cash Mirriad actually from each agreement gets will vary.
That's the big difference, GM could be running a $2M campaign right now (which is a material amount given how little revenue Mirriad had last year & if it was coming direct to Mirriad they'd need to disclose it as that amount would equate to £0.4M gross, £0.3M cash ) if its with WBD then nothing more needs to be said because the WBD/Mirriad partnership has already been officially notified through an RNS for investors to know about hence the 39% USA market share..
We would actually be far better off right now if the cash was paid directly from GM or any other advertisers directly to Mirriad because we'd receive it in just 30 days time! that additional 60 day delay means it needs much more working capital than would otherwise be the case & disrupts the company's cashflow etc.
