They participated in last year's placing.

We have had nothing but negative news from them until 7th January, so I would only really be expecting to see them looking to buy in the market after that to send a positive message to investors, but that simply isn't possible with closed period & news that the market isn't fully aware of (& a one line comment doesn't make the market fully aware of the facts).

What you really want to see is the Programmatic announcement come out & then the directors buying on the back of that.

I have just sent an email to the company which they wont like, requesting the release of the key monthly data that I had previously asked for by noon Tuesday 11th in an RNS.

Looks like someone else has got frustrated & left the scene due to the lack of news, in the time it took me to write that last reply!

I should have said some of the board of directors do have a good few share options but they are at much higher exercise prices.

Yes it would definitely be a good sign to see the directors buying shares from the market. The problem is, I believe they are in receipt of price sensitive news, with regards to the 2 major content providers, the 2 ad-agency groups, Programmatic, Shopify, Canela Media offering, TSR/LatiNation agreement & possibly more that still haven't been fully to the market! they may have touched on the topic but not a lot more.

So until they give us a proper detailed RNS that brings thing right up to date, they will not be able to do anything sharewise, sad & frustrating though it is.

I probably should add something on that to the document as well to stop the question from repeatedly coming up.

Please don't mention the website, I've been harping on to them for over 6 months now to get it updated !

Its like banging your head off a brick wall with them, but having others complaining as well might finally see some action !

I don't think they'll be best pleased when I tell them the size of my current holding etc either

They no longer have there own office they closed it down as part of the cost cutting exercise, everyone in the UK works from home as far as I'm aware, but you can check-up with them on that !

The only positive stuff has come in the form of a couple of Reach announcements - the BENlabs one & "Measurement" one on 5h November that I had to push like heck to get them to even do that with the news & now Measurement is a key part of the VPP offering.

As you know even the USA news release on global cpg giant & all the super metric's that went with it didn't even merit a Reach announcement

I pointed that very fact out last night TripleLift on 8th April 2024 was the last Positive official RNS ! (& that agreement fell about inside a couple of weeks due to their CEO leaving)

I sent in an email to the company just over a month ago requesting monthly updates of key data points as well as a couple of other things, then I asked others to email in as well when there was NO RNS of the data, I did eventually get an emailed response, which I then replied to again & haven't heard back since, I also asked for everyone else who had emailed in, for them to be given the same response I got, I'm not sure if any of them actually got an email or not!

One of the questions was around the WBD GM situation, which MTH effectively answered with her Linkedin post last week.

I have a very strained relationship with the Board of Directors to put it mildly, we clashed at both the AGM & GM last year head-on, but I only had around 0.25% of the company back then!

As I said BusinessOwner I will be pushing them again for the data shareholders & Investors need.

They keep telling me there trying to improve communications, but other than the much more informative stuff that MTH has been posting, you just get radio silence !

But by all means please write to them & tell them there communications stink, its part of every email I send in !

Oh & the other thing I happened to notice was on MTH's last post the 1st named person on the list was the one & only "Albert Thompson" from the "Story Telling" interviews! that we've still never ben able to see in full :(

Ok I'll give them a chance to digest the info & get onboard if they want to, there's a lot of links for them to go through. I would stress to them the importance of MTH in all of this & how positive & informative her posts now are.

I'm also very happy to try & answer any questions they might have either here or they or you can private message me on advfn & I will respond accordingly.

Its in everyone's interest to get the shares into the hands of those who are happy to have a core holding & hold them for 1 to 2 years & don't have any issues with holding for that sort of timeframe. The more people that we can find where that's the case the better it is for everyone & as I've said nothing wrong with trading some along the way either, to reduce your purchase price or increase your core holding further.

There was 1 poster I think something like 888trader (might be wrong with the name) that wrote about the discount to cash just ahead of the January spike to about 0.24p didn't last long, just a quick P&D

There does seem to be a BOT of some kind around the stock at the moment, but I'm sure as everyone is now realising Mirriad simply isn't on investors watch lists etc, because of the 3 revenue warnings & the trading update which on the face of it if you just glanced at the numbers was negative to.

They haven't actually put out a positive RNS since the 8th of April last year ! (what turned out late to be the failed Triplelift agreement).

So easy to see why no-one is interested in it or heard about Mirriad, when people want positive news not negative ones.

Tomorrow I'll start to re-focus on the absolute need for Monthly updates of key data points & this time we won't be taking no for an answer !

Yep it traded up there, with no group known to us pushing it! ( no usual flood of the BB with new accounts or users etc to P&D it as much as they can).

So if any unknown group want to do that again they have to buy-in themselves first of all & there's less and less free stock all the time as seen by the growing percentage holding that those here now have 9.6% ! Which is getting close to being as big as the M&G holding!

And I know a few people I have talked to recently are buying small numbers of shares for the longer term, not big numbers but it all helps soak it up & reduce the amount of stock that can come onto the market in the short term! :)

Its not really had that many spikes to be honest Bestmate, but I know what you mean, there's been an X group once & another group who have tried to push it once before as well for a quick pump & dump without paying any attention to the fundamentals.

If Dr Milner had held onto his 40M shares who knows how high it might have got!

Anyone trying to get set now is doing so at a higher price than those doing the previous attempts.

To get the best gain on news you're hoping it comes when the MM's are really tight for stock, not when they've got a load on the books that they can use to dampen the rise.

Its just a matter of time, we know what's coming, I'll just have to point a few more into taking a look at it again!

Ended up buying another 2.15M shares today, new plan is to hold 22.5M long term, trade the rest to eventually get to 25M for the long term & a 2.5M (10% of it) parcel for trading it. Funds generated from trading at that point will be going into other stocks to diversify more.

I guess M1Rob kind of sums it up.

And this isn't personal in anyway.

Saw the shareprice down at the bottom, saw some flickers of life & bought some, happy to sit for a little while o see if it moves up & if it does hold on for a little while to see if it keep rising - allow for a little pull back & if it pulls back any further than that bail & bank the profit (I don't know if the 4M trade was there or maybe it was one or both of the 1M ones) & there is nothing wrong if that's what you want to do.

But clearly even within the time window of being here never really researched or looked into the fundamentals of the company & the possibility that this particular one ( Mirriad or any other they go into) might actually have the potential to multiply in value. Had got in at a good price (effectively well set if it did take off).

Knows a Programmatic Solution Live announcement is coming yet didn't believe it was worth even holding on for that event.

That's why we need long-term holders of the shares, otherwise we'll never get anything like its true value at the end of the day when someone really wants to come along & own Mirriad outright.

Anyway it is what it is.

Sadly I don't think I can currently complete method 2 :( but I've left it in place for anyone who reads the investment case, so that they can make there own mind up on it - or know what I was trying to do to valid the data another way.

So its all yours to share with whoever you want & see what reaction it gets, I'll then post it on the Miri BB on advfn so that anyone else can read it there or be referred to it there for there own research.
