Hmm, people seem to be forgetting a few things here,

TERN is defaulting on its commitments to the SVV2 fund. So someone will need to step in & mop that shortfall up.

They also have a holding in SURE Ventures, which I'm guessing they are trying to unload as a distressed seller.

The whole SURE Ventures / MFAI / SVV set-up is really dependent on Napster (or IR if you prefer) that's where the vast amount of the NAV lies (or doesn't lie depending on you view of its valuation).

We Should see the Q3 SURE Ventures valuation next week - I was expecting to see it this week, but no joy in that regard.

They need another exit from SVV1 soon that's for sure.

Anyone who doesn't believe that the BOD already has the full assay results for hole 25RSDD001 is delusional & just kidding themselves.

Those cores were in the ALS lab on 2nd Sept.

That is 14 weeks come Monday & were "expedited"

The silence says it all they are drilling away as fast as they can in the hope of finding an intercept that might negate those assay results.

No pictures of cores for over 5 weeks now, no rig pictures for over a month now.

Say's it all, the BOD have completely sucked the life out of WSBN's shares.

WSBN used to have all the buzz around it, all evaporated thanks to a useless BOD or have all these wonderful core pictures turned into a repeat of hole 3 from 2022 ?

RP has bad history when it comes to assay's & sadly this could be history repeating itself again to the detriment of ordinary shareholders.

"If" it turns out to be true then it would be wonderful news for WSBN shareholders, but just like the dolomite intrusion, where they've never yet shown in nearly 3 years a diagram or schematic to show if these 1M mineralised (5 /6 g) intervals are horizontal or vertical in nature, there is no doumented evidence to actually indicate where the 6 Havierons fit in.

The figure just happens to be about the length of the Dolomite intrusion's 3km strike length but that surely can't be what they are referring to, it could be one of the biggest P&D throwaway comments of all time.

Still waiting for an actual presentation to see how everything is supposed to fit together.

EM's managed to do it for some of his other 4 directorships companies, but glaringly not for WSBN thus far.

Well I'm pleased to hear that you like the coal purchase, hopefully they'll dispose of the opaque & under performing investment fund to help pay for the full cost of the purchase.

I can't see them getting rid of the property portfolio as that's what pays there juicy annual salaries.

Hopefully the price of coal does as you want it to over the coming years.

They have the assay results from 25RSDD001 they are just refusing to publish them, given there desire for publicity with tweets & everything else, if they thought they were good, they would have released them ASAP, the fact they haven't tells its own sad story.

Hence why they are away drilling in the shallows to try & find a decent intercept that might save the day, instead of following the Expect Geo data that was meant to be spot on according to them & yet they've refused to go & extend hole 3A from 2023 which was 50% of the plan in June !!! or deepen 25RSDD001 which end in mineralisation according to them.

Hole 25RSDD002 was only meant to be 50-75M away from hole 25RSDD001 at 520M length, it ended up 200M away & as yet there is no explanation as to how this occurred ( my personal view is that they ran in to difficulties when drilling it & had to side track it - only time will tell if I'm rigth or wrong on that)

As for "Breccia Pipe" the term got dropped in the 25th Sept update & has never been seen in an RNS since - most likely they changed there opinion on what they actually found - they now just say Brecciation.

That's 13 weeks & 1 day since the 25RSDD001 cores were seen in the ASL lab in Perth, & some of you somehow still believe they don't have the assay results for that hole.

The P&D crew have clearly moved on going by the chunk sales earlier in the day, I've followed suit for now.

Yes 3km of strike length in the shallows, but so far its totally uneconomical, best intercepts have been only been 1M in width in the 5 to 6g range, some down as deep as 450M+

They have nothing of substance so far.

They haven't even told shareholders whether these intersections (mineralisation) is actually horizontal or vertical in nature.

I guess not with the share price that's for sure & when back as a private company you'll have even less levers available to use again the controlling stakes etc.

it was a very easy call to make, when you know what the outcome of virtually all consolidations are.

i didn't mention all of cando66's holding, merely the amount they bought while deciding to average down. i was pointing out how much there purchase stopped the share price from dropping even further than it did. 6m shares (60,000) on monday with very few people able to trade the stock at all & the price never even flicked up with that buying, said it all.

i hope this comes good for cando66 as they have a lot riding on it holding over 1% of the company now.

Just for the record I bought my2M shares (20,000 now) back & have banked a very healthy cash sum in the meantime.

That's why you never hold shars during a consolidation its just a total destruction of money for PI's, hopefully lots of you will remember that in the future when your invested in something else & the same things occurs.

I'm not at all convinced this is the bottom of the drop, it looks like a P&D job, but we'll see, hopefully there some actual news to back it up otherwise I'll be selling up again.

Cando66, if you hadn't bought that 6M on Monday who know's how far into the £0.5's the share price would have fallen & you'd have got at least 7M shares for you £42K instead of 6M.

GLA, but be watchful as things don't seem quite right to me. nearly 4 weeks since the last post on X of the drilling rig & no drilling plan provided, its as if they are frantically drilling where ever they think they might get a decent intercept to put out along with the ones that haven't lived up to expectation to soften the blow, but we will see. Several reputations on the line .....

If I held as much WSBN as you do, there is virtually no way (other than health issue's), that I wouldn't have been at the meeting on Friday to hold the BOD to account, I might even have asked someone else to go there in my place, as my proxy for the meeting, with a list of questions to be answered & to ensure proxy vote counts were taken on every resolution.

I should have sold my holding sooner, but I honestly thought enough shareholders would vote against the consolidation to get it stopped & when that happened the share price would kind of go back to where it had been as soon as the news broke. I should have known better & that's on me.

But there was no way I was holding the shares through the consolidation, seen the effects of that too many times. I suspect WSBN will be in the £0.6's by close of business today & who know's what it will do after that, but there are too many unanswered questions outstanding & I have zero doubt that WSBN have the assay results from 25RSDD001 & are not releasing them, if they were good there is no way RP wouldn't be getting them out there.

I hope I'm wrong for your sake & the others that have been here some time.

AimInvesting cost me a a small amount, timing wise, I'd already stated on Friday morning (as you'd know since you read all my posts) that I'd be selling out if the consolidation went ahead, which is what I did.

So go mind your own business.

Clearly the actual proxy votes never took place otherwise they would have had to show the votes casts in Friday's RNS.

So basically no-one bothered to attend the meeting other than some of the directors & their advisers & everything was voted through simply on a show of hands even although there was a high chance that had anyone attended (or if ordinary shareholders had been present but not savvy enough to demand a proxy count on each resolution) the meeting & demanded a proxy count on each resolution that a number of the resolution would have failed & the directors might even have been removed.

That's why Ordinary shareholders need to attend these meeting's otherwise you end up with an outcome you don't want.

@AimInvesting your Telegragh rumour on Friday cost me a few £'s as I would have got all of my 2M shares away at a higher price, instead of hesitating in the hope that RP had been removed from office & therefore the consolidation wouldn't be taking place either & therefore no need to exit my holding (& thus need to buy back the stock I had just sold up to that point in time).

Anyway I'm fully out now via 3 trades, roughly 35% average loss.

I'll decide in due course whether to buy some of it back or not, but don't trust the BOD & no news or pictures on the DD rig etc, so very wary indeed now.

Clearly either no ordinary shareholders attended the meeting or they weren't savvy enough to demand a proxy count on every resolution. If they ahd then the outcome might have been completely different.

Instead the Chairman has managed to use the show of hands method to get everything approved even if some or all of the actual votes cast would have resulted in the resolutions failing.

That's what happens if you don't attend AGM's in person.

Since you seem so keen on reading all my posts, you should already know the reason's why I couldn't attend today's meetings & I can assure you I would really have liked to have been there.

Certainly sounds like you've never been in person to a PLC's AGM, never mind multiple ones.
