Hmm that's about the 3rd time now I've seen this kick of at 10:40am with no reason behind it

I wonder what it is with that time & if it follows the previous patterns volume will just build & build to close to noon then just tail off again.

If it does follow the pattern it should get to at least 1.45p on the offer at some point during it

There were 2 definite sells 1 at 16:15 for 2.726M shares at 1.167p & 16:20 for 4.38M at 1.142p

Then from 4:20 onwards 3 purchases of just over 1M shares each all above 1.15p & 2 purchases of over 2M shares one at 1.167p & the last one at 1.2p in the last minute of trading.

If you'd wanted the rise to continue 1st thing this morning, then you'd have expected them to put a couple of 1M+ trades through 1st thing this morning or say 4 x 500K ones to get peoples attention rather than nothing happening in the 1st 10 mins & losing possible investee's (day traders) to another stock that was on the move very early.

Trading is very much like before big volume for a bit then it just tails off in the afternoon, lets see if today is any different & volume tops 175M for the day or not.

I agree the sudden rise is suspicious over the 2 days.

That said, there is clearly volume behind it, so it looks like someone yet again knows something we don't.

Only time will tell if its for real or a pump & dump to draw others in & then sell what they bought into the rise.

I've said this to you before .... when there is a lot of trades all going through with the same time stamp & are small & are usually at full bid or offer price. Then they are BOTS at work, AI learning. On the LSE they would normally have AT against them on AIM for some reason they go through as O trades :(

See trades 243 - 247 all same timestamp & in this case all on the offer. Or 282 - 284 both buys & sells.

Seems to be building on yesterday's movement with no real sign of any selling in to it yet!

Will be interesting to see how the rest of the day goes & if there is any rush to be in over the weekend, in case an RNS drops 1st thing Monday.

I presume the shares I've been buying were yours then ? Or were you looking/hoping to buy some at a lower price.

We're into a new financial year for FAB so it shouldn't be that long before there's some more news.

If your out there promoting yourselves (& spending money by doing so) & not generating new leads & business then its a waste of money. Money that could have been better spent elsewhere.

They must have had a target audience (other than the 8 of the largest 10 pharm that there already known to & doing business with), so if that's not leading to new business then it has to be a worry. As your route to substantial growth then becomes much more limited to a select few companies rather than having lots of different avenues.

Anyway I bought a 3rd lot at noon, so now got 6x what I owned before & may buy 1 one lot, we'll see.

Just bought 2 lots of FAB to quadruple my holding & bring my average down to just over 4p a share.

I guess with Easter it may take a little longer for any new business to come through from all these conferences etc they've been to.

If there's not any new contracts by the end of the month then that might be a real worry, given there out there promoting themselves as much as possible & are taking on more staff.

A Director with half a brain cell would have known to let the share price do its own thing yesterday (thursday).

then today think about doing the placing etc.

If they had then the share price would have been 0.3p+ & they could have done the placing at 0.2p cutting out 50% dilution.

But this lot don't care about anything other than saving there own skin

They announced this placing at 4:30pm before the auction had taken place lowering the closing price to just 0.17p from 0.22-0.24p at 4:29:58pm

They & there NOMAD deliberately made sure the closing price was much closer to the placing price than it otherwise would have been.

The MM's were informed at some point during the day that this placing was taking place & the price it was going to occur at.

The Nomad & the directors allowed a false market to occur from 09:00 onwards this morning, end of story. They couldn't wait to get this document out.

The document makes clearly the legal advice they got about the lawsuits was completely wrong & yet they are not suing those that made that fatal error.

The settlement is not as described in this morning's announcement, so again they have misled the market.

The stock exchange & FCA should be all over this like a rash - but they won't be, because they are pathetic when it comes to investor protection & equality in the market place.

The director's are not putting there own money in, in round 1 No there's is being saved so that it can't be lost should investors vote NO to the 2nd share issue. Talk about looking after yourself.

Offering 10% of the placing to ordinary shareholders who make up the vast majority of the shareholder base now is disgraceful to say the least. Private investors should have got priority & what they didn't take up the insto's could fight over.

The options to the broker are laughable - freebies for everyone

These Directors are totally about themselves & saving there ars** & so called career's. There career's are over as are there reputations.

I personally doubt Dr Cooley is going to go along with this. I think he will be absolutely furious about it

I think he already has a far better plan than this incompetent lot have dreamt up ( or I should say cobbled together with string since they clearly haven't got a brain cell between them). He's not going to be wanting to be diluted to hell & have the assets basically given away for nothing, because that's what this lot are basically doing.

The next couple of days will prove if I'm right or not.

Everyone now knows how hard it was to get any stock today when they wanted to buy it & the initial price jumps that occurred.

If there is another RNS 1st thing in the morning the problem will be multiple times worse, if the doc is reversing in an asset.

The MM's don't want caught off guard 2 days in a row, they will want some stock on there books if they can get it by shaking out the weak holders in the last 30 mins.

I don't think anyone will have a clue as to what the current "free float" is just look at the volume since last week. 2.5 Billion shares will have been traded - that's 1.25 Billion when you account for seller to MM to buyer.

On AIM, Cap-XX surged 56%.

The manufacturer of supercapacitors for portable electronic devices SAID that it has been signed a settlement agreement with Tesla.

"Whilst the terms of the settlement agreement are confidential, they do not involve payments to Tesla that the board of CAP-XX considers to be material to the company," Cap-XX says.

Back in September 2019, Cap-XX alleged that Maxwell Technologies had directly and indirectly infringed on CAP-XX's patents for several capacitor products. Maxwell, a California-based manufacturer of energy storage and power delivery products, was acquired by Tesla in 2019 for USD218 million.

However, last year, Tesla filed a counter complaint against Cap-XX in a US District Court, alleging infringement of two patents by Cap-XX.
