I can see them tree shaking this all the way down to 0.35p & I'm ready for it & to buy back in if they do.

Mirriad buy quote is now 0.639p for 100K or 500K.

They'll even let me sell 3M (but not 4M) in a one'r at 0.558p so they really must be keen on getting stock back on the books in quantity as they never usually quote me for more than 1M.

Well I happened to see good news drop in for ENET & managed to buy some & bank a quick & healthy profit! :) Pity I didn't have more free funds to have bought a larger number, wasn't expecting to make 25% 10% would have been cool enough.

Anyway in the meantime I saw 2 x 500,000 buys go through for Mirriad.

I've just tried a dummy trade & now I can't get a quote on 500,000 or 200,000 for that matter!

Anyway I went ahead & invested most of my ENET profit in another 100,000 shares at 0.6p & as i'm writing this I see the offer has moved up to 0.65p

Could see a lot of sellers at 0.4255p so had to join them & banked the 25% profit.

So thanks ENET, will be watching to see if there is another possible run later ...........

In the meantime I'm going to invest those profits in MIRRIAD (MIRI)

About to try another tree shake by the looks of it nothing but buy's going through in the high 0.40's & they are walking the offer price down ................

I went back over the old trades from the 19th of August onwards, to try & see what the MM's book would look like over that time period.

Now some might get to other numbers but in my view on close inspection of each trade & the price compared to other trades that occurred that day etc, the MM's are SHORT somewhere between 8.6M & 9.5M over that time period with 9.5M being the most likely public figure in my opinion.

Of that figure 3.7M now belong to me.

Given the share price performance over the past 5 years, I'm pretty sure the MM's are not worried about being short of 1% of the company right now & would expect to pick up that stock through time to re-balance there books. If on the other hand we get to see continued net buying they might need to change their strategy & if the company somehow could come out with 2 or 3 good pieces of news in a row ............. well who knows where that might take us.............

So buyers appeared out of no-where again ............. only this time no-one sold there holding before the day was done!

Will anyone bail-out tomorrow (as happened the last time) or are those buyers in for the medium to long-term is the next big question.

Followed by, will there be more buying tomorrow or the previous seller re-appearing now the price is higher or will it be a totally quiet day on the trading front ?

To be honest, I did think about making a small top-up, but thought better of it, given what happened the last time ......

So lets see what Tuesday brings ..............

You can't be saying that, you know the directors do nothing but say "how very supportive the ii's are of the company & what they are doing".

I don't know what the ii's would do if they actually got a copy of the AGM minutes & the recent emails I sent in to the company ............

I've been thinking about your "burnt all bridges now" comment.

As I said, I thought things were kind of back on track for you at the AGM.

So what could be behind the recent refusal to converse with you .......... the fact you said they were meant to be meeting the ii's or the fact your in contact with the ii's & have a really good understanding of the CEO's thought processes etc & might provide the technical guidance the ii's have severely lacked previously when speaking to the company. Meaning he would be under pressure that he's not been in the past when trying to baffle them & constantly cite that its confidential / NDA etc etc

I've just been back thorough all my recent emails to the company & I don't see me referencing the supposed ii meeting in any of them (as I was sure that I had made a point of avoiding that topic in any of them for now). I have found one from 19th August where I asked about a date to the Interim results as well as shareholder engagement activities going forward & never got a response to that one!

Personally I think it will be what you can supply the ii's with that will scare them to heck 2phevs ..............

So the 8M shares have now cost me a total of £72,603 so my average price is just a fraction over 0.9p per share.

Really strange, when I got back earlier I did a couple of dummy trade for 1M shares (after that 1.5M buy of someone else's) & was quoted the exact same price 0.544p for it so I thought there was still some stock in the market, given they wouldn't quote me for 1.5M shares on Friday & the fact they were still willing to give out 1M shares below the official quote.

I've then come back just now to find that the next trade is only for 500,000 & yet it cost the buyer over 0.58p per share, so are there some delayed trades to come that we haven't seen yet ? or what's behind the price move? I've done another dummy trade for 0.5M & they want exactly 0.58p currently for it, or 0.59p for 650K on the sell side I can't get a quote for more than 1M but they'll give me 0.5575p for it!

Maybe people are paying attention to that weekend find of your 2phevs & are quietly buying some .............

I'm just back from the nurse's, that wasn't you buying that 1.5M 2phevs was it ?

I was doing a lot thinking about that Media Kit (which was a fabulous find by you), I'm kind of thinking they put that together to play in front of the big USA content providers, to try & get them onboard ahead of "upfronts week" 2024.

Possibly to push them into doing it, with a hint of, well if you don't do it your going to be giving the other content providers a head start on you! & Since virtually all the advertisers will be clients of their's already, mentioning the names of the ones Mirriad has already done VPP for previously would be to re-affirm the potential reach of the product & easy of adoption at scale by many of the big advertiser names. Who I'm sure wouldn't object to there names being shown to the big 10 content providers.

As I said on Friday, I ended up emailing the company specifically about the Interim results date & whether they were out on the 11th Sept or not. I also called IR & left a message with them asking the exact same thing. I then got an email back on Sunday from the company saying they don't have a date yet !

I have sent in multiple emails in the last 3 weeks that haven't been responded to, but I guess they didn't have a choice regarding responding to that particular question, given its part of there listing requirements, although I wasn't expecting an answer on a Sunday. Any answers I have had have been very short & frosty to say the least, worse than at the AGM!

I really should have tried contacting them earlier about the interim date, with it now being in the 2nd half of September or even October! I could have held off on my buying spree & waited to see if the share price dropped back to 0.45 - 0.50 in the meantime as I might have been able to save another 10% on the price I paid for them.

There again I suppose its possible that something positive will have to be officially announced ahead of the interims, like some of the 45% of outstanding USA content provider negotiations that have been going on for many months now. Or one of the existing content providers completing Programmatic so that it now works end to end !

They don't even have a date for the interim results yet!

Honestly you couldn't make this up ............. 10 weeks & counting & they still don't know when they'll be able to produce the interim results, When any savvy BOD would have prioritised getting those results out ASAP because it doesn't matter what else they say with it, the focus will be on those headline figures of a 30% in 1st half revenue. Any good news will be simply wasted by being in the same document & sadly I don't think this BOD are capable of understanding that.

Well we've known about Pepsi seen in it a couple of clips & the poster ad is at the top of the diverse supplier marketplace.

Lays are part of Pepsico & with Pepsi being advertised I did think it strange that Coca-Cola wasn't doing it as well, especially when we know what's happened in the auto sector with those that jumped onboard & those who hesitated & are now trying to play catch-up.

There treatment of shareholders for the past year plus has been appalling to say the very least & you don't attract new investors to a company if they've never heard of you !

For about the 4th time, they were supposedly listening to my concerns about there utter contempt for ordinary shareholders at the AGM & were going to be taking it onboard & addressing it. 10 weeks later ( & counting) not a single visible shred of evidence exists to show the leopard has changed its spots in any way whatsoever.

Absolutely disgraceful to say the least.

I'd say slide 17 is one of the important ones from the February 2024 Presentation, "dynamic ad delivery, addressable targeting, and real-time reporting" & at the end of that slide "Roll out begins this year."

Well we know that real-time reporting has recently been added to the offering.

When the cultural Inclusion document was written & submitted is much harder to work out .......... it does say Programmatic Ready within it, but I'm guessing that refers to Mirriad being Programmatic ready ( not partners/ content providers) & might not mean "end to end Programmatic" which is what we're looking for ............. & as we know to our cost "Programmatic" is too loose a term to conclude anything from it.

Strangely that website doesn't seem to have had any new documents posted to it since early 2024 & no details of the 2024 awards is visible ! :(

hmm "growthfronts" "02/2024" I guess from that, that a lot of this was put together to pitch to the Content Providers ahead of the Upfronts Season in May.
