I'm not making any assumptions, clearly 2phevs has a completely different view.

Quite frankly it is impossible for us to have any idea as to what's going on within Mirriad. It is nearly 11 weeks since we had any update at all. There are just 12 stock exchange days left in Q3.

Q3 should see a significant increase in revenue, but we are totally blind as to whether that is happening or not ?

If its not happening then I've made a massive mistake that's for sure.

If it is happening then is it just matching last years numbers or how much has it grown by ?

If it wasn't growing, then why would those business owners enter the Diverse Media Alliance ? the reputational damage would be enormous for them. They absolutely believe in MTH delivering the goods end of story.

Stephan & the board of directors have very little skin in the game ( I don't think there current combined holdings are over 20M shares - [but would need to check-up on it] plus a number of share options).

I'm really sorry to hear that you've taken that decision 2phevs,

So he's winning by you not being here to point out all the technical flaws etc from all your fabulous research, the knowledge to use against him will sadly be gone to the detriment of all shareholders.

You will have seen first hand at the AGM the animosity that exists between me & all of the board of directors, Allenby Capital & the lawyers.

Stephan & I have clashed since about the 1st minute I met him & we will never get along its as simple as that.

You will also have noticed at the meeting the reaction when I mentioned MTH by name, the animosity jumped to a completely different level. The Ex-Chairman couldn't express his & the complete boards full backing of the CEO quick enough.

Personally I believe in MTH, https://culturalinclusionaccelerator.com/dotm-submissions/mirriad/ that document just re-affirms it. The executive directors I don't trust because there are multiple statements that they've made that simply don't add up.

I'm not sure what the ii's are going to think or make of it now either ..............

If you add in today's trades with the 2x 320K (7 seconds apart) most likely as a bed & ISA job, then the MM's short position increased by around another 1.25M shares. Putting them short by 10.75M now in my opinion.

Yet the price hasn't really risen to reflect that.

Every trade at the moment is going through at a higher price than the previous one & that's for the last 6 trades even the smaller ones.

Those 2 x 2M trades have soaked up any excess that was in the market previously ..............

Damn it, I was right, they did walk it all the way down to 0.35p before letting it go again !

Wish I had followed my own advice & not bought back in at 0.39p as I'd already be nicely in profit for a 2nd time buying at 0.35x :(

First of all some facts, from various official RNS's

31st Dec 2023 Cash Balance £6.1M

End of Mar 2024 Cash Balance £4.5M

End of April 2024 Cash Balance £3.9M

May 2024 Share Placing raised £6.3M net

We know there is very little in the way of revenue going to show up in the books from the end of April until the end of June, so the end of June cash figure in the accounts will give us a pretty good indication of what the true monthly burn rate of cash currently is.

So pay particular attention to that number when it comes out, the doomsayers are expecting the cash balance to be around £8.2M net at the end of June & if there is an August figure in there around the £6.4M mark. The more optimistic view would be for the June figure to be around £8.8M net & the August one around £7.5M

So with just over 1 Billion shares in issue its very likely that Mirriad's market cap is less than the cash it has in the bank as I write this.......

Either a mistake on the price of the trade or one that occurred at that time yesterday I'd say.

Looks like there is a 2M seller whose happy to get 0.38x for there holding so it won't go anywhere until they are cleared I guess.

As you said TrickEFC volume is key, the higher the better, but we're just pawns in the game compared to the big boys, who ultimately decide if the price is going higher or lower.

I've watched the stock for month's now & today was the 1st time I've attempted to trade it.

honestly I've been put off by the terms of that last major fund raiser of there & what the lender can get by converting it into stock.

Don't get me wrong its got potential, but I can say that about several others I like POLX, FAB, CPX but for me none of them are close to the potential MIRI has, where I've built a significant position (or it is for me at least) over several month's & it will prove me right or wrong in the next few month's & I believe it will be a name many will remember in the years to come! so put it on your watch list ..........

I'm just trying to top-up my holding in it.

I don't have the funds to do dummy trades of any volume but I'm guessing its NT on the buy side currently as there happy to give me 0.3826p for my 1M.

So could be about to move higher right enough.....

I think I made a mistake & bought back at 0.39p when nothing but buys were going through, didn't see the 3 x 2M+ sells coming that was for sure ......

But there is another bout of buying going on & volume is certainly on the increase, so maybe I've just mistimed it only slightly & the next bounce is on its way ...............

We will see

They are trying to walk the price down that's for sure, if I do get a quote, the price drops from one to the next, then it goes NT like it is now & will no doubt stay like that until a few sellers appear, then they'll mark the bid down again, give you a quote & then keep lowering it.

I really can see this going to 0.35p before it moves higher again ............
