But that doesn't explain the sudden earlier rise, unless of course it was the poster buying in ahead of posting the info.

For the record I went to do some dummy trades & found I still had a spare £150 in my account so I bought another 35,000 !

That's me at 10.135M now & they are happy to give me 0.3722p for 2.26M of those shares !

So clearly there is a large buy order they are trying to fill ............... I might switch to my other account & see what I'll get quoted on an even larger size .......

No they raised £6.8M or £6.3M net in May this year at 1.25p & around the same amount in 2023 but at 3p back then, this used to be a £60M company when it floated on AIM

CEO mentioned 2 weeks & they would be speaking to the Super Major Content Provider Again & associated ad-tech company in the Webinar, I was giving it to the end of this week for that to have happened ...........

Tonight is also the CYNOPSIS awards where Maria Teresa Hernandez is due to receive her award !

There are a lot of big names meant to be there for her to network with ............... so maybe something has been set-up in advance of that !

Now if Mirriad could capture just $10M of Election VPP Advertising that would equate to $2M+ of revenue for the company & totally change the complexation of its 2024 revenue stream.

So the next 30 days could be crucial, the 1st thing we'd like to hear is news of them getting at least 1 Political campaign agreed & done in the next 14 days. As that would give them data to show what positive effect (if any) VPP has in that arena, to put in front of both Political groups, to try & convince them to spend more $ this way. Otherwise, its going to be hard to make any meaningful contribution to the bottom line in those last 2 weeks.

Someone in the know as far as I'm concerned with regard to the USA election. So if there wasn't an opportunities to use VPP for this purpose, I highly doubt that MTH would be wasting her time on it, she has more than enough other things to be doing for Mirriad as it is!

Preliminary Data for the container terminals has been published for September.

Even with Major issues at both terminals during the month TEU numbers were up 42% & 24% to give a combined increase of 35.6% on the September 2023 numbers.

Year to date increase is 26.6% 972K against 768K TEU

Which will translate into a lot more revenue coming in for sure.

hmm interesting that you thought about the election side of it as far back as March!

Clearly the CEO has had to change his mind on several things recently! & I'm pretty sure that won't have come easily to him with his personality.

Some of the stuff in the blog post makes you think outside the box a bit. For example "voter registration" is kind of neutral. So could be used as a tool to encourage people to vote. The same tool could be used to get people to go get vaccinations for flu/cold etc or get across other important health messages as reminders to people.

Looks like I need to go & watch the webinar again .............. I'm guessing the big client was Lexus/Toyota

I mean Political adverting in the USA is just massive, yes it isn't annual its bi-annual on a limited scale for the Senate & House & every 4 years for the Presidential Race ( but again if you take in the party nomination as well that extends the time window further but on a much smaller scale)

Could get really interesting ................ & then if you've done it in one country & you have the research data of its effect then that becomes a selling point when elections are up coming in other countries !

You'd have thought with the studio's struggling to bring in the revenue they need, that someone very high up at board level or CEO, CFO etc would be wanting to know why that one company couldn't get its Upfront content cleared in the required timeframe by the advertiser & effectively cost the business anything from $5 - 10M (there share) of free cash.

I wouldn't worry about it, if you have questions then please just ask, I'm sure you'll get various answers, some positive some negative, do your own research & reach your own conclusions.

All my trades are listed from when I first came across Mirriad on 8th April 2024, as is my total investment to date & where my break even point would be etc.

Sadly 2phevs is no longer around, so the best source of knowledge we had has left the scene.

And yes we have one poster who is extremely bitter from the past, I'm not sure just how big there losses are but they have been negative on Mirriad since the day I discovered it & yet even with all there doom & gloom posts on the company's prospects they reportedly still own over 0.5M shares, I'm not quite sure why!

Just in case your wondering why I now don't respond to that poster, its not because they may on occasion point something negative out that is worth looking into in more detail. Its the fact they couldn't keep there word & be civil, not the fact that much of what they post is aimed at there own agenda & just like the Mirriad executive directors is very economical with the truth & their claims......

And those were just the minimum numbers when you talk of a 2 digit contract .........

If it were $20M as an example & I didn't apply the minimum guided share of it (ie 20 - 30% is the guide with USA deals meant to be at the higher side of the range due to the different way they are structured).

Then the figure would have been in the $4 - 5M range rather than putting it at $2M+ to be highly conservative.

Makes you sit up & think about what could potentially happen here in very short order, if a couple of key things click into place .............

I'm pretty annoyed that they didn't answer any of those questions.

I'd also say there was some fiction between the CEO & CFO.

If you listened to what the CEO talked about you'd have heard him talk about a single contract that would have been worth over $10M (I've used $ since he didn't specifically mention the figure in £'s) now Mirriad would have ended up getting $2M+ as there share of that single contract. Yes it failed to go through due to the content provider not clearing the content quickly enough (ensuring it was fully compliant for VPP within it).

That contract is on a different scale to anything previously achieved by Mirriad in the USA.

Clearly at least one advertiser believes in what VPP achieves for their sales etc ...........

So things aren't quite as bleak as they may seem, the biggest issue is timescales not being in Mirriad's control.
