What seems to be pertinent from the Cadiz NFT contract is that there is no contractural or financial obligation for Cadiz to provide product at any time during the length of the contract. If that’s the case and this “terms of business” applies to all MoS agreements - then where is there any certainty of cash flow or sales?

For the first time I feel that Epstein is a snake oil salesman. Keep hopes alive whilst there is cash in the bank and hoping something, anything, comes along to save the day and keep his and Burton’s probity intact.

Most normal Companies with a share price free-falling into Hades would have issued some reassuring statement for their investors; shareholders; staff; suppliers; clients; bankers and stakeholders; unless there is nothing they can say that would give comfort or assurance.

With so much “no-news / no-RNS” it isn’t surprising that there is substantive quantity of negative statements. It is what it is… BUT: perhaps we need to concentrate on trying to ensure there is fair value and resist excessive dilution if there is a Placing. So, why don’t we start to talk the share price up (yes, beyond realistic valuation levels) so that any dilution is kept to a minimum and the Board have to work harder for the shareholders (and stop using this as a Life-Style business)? Time to unite and stand together.

The problem with Argentina is the horrific exchange controls. You can earn shed-loads of profit but getting the money out. Is very expensive; long-winded and capped. Wrecks the consolidated cash flow and gives a false impression on the annual accounts.

What is like to know is the flavour of the jam when Epstein eludes to Gzillions of £ profit in the future. How long can we accept the “jam tomorrow” epithet?

Looking at the share price and lack if RNS or other info … I’m starting to get the feeling that shareholders have resigned this company down to a tax loss and loosing complete interest.

Silversprings::: I agree that comment should be related fact and not fiction… but there is little fact coming out of the BoD; so those with some corporate acumen are researching using other media such as sales offerings; interviews; podcasts etc. This can all be clarified when the BoD issue a detailed RNS. I do hope that none of these aliases are Board Members; senior staff with options seeking to manipulate the share price to their personal benefit. I’m sure that would never happen and they are all of the upmost probity.

You may consider that “Guzzler” is a moaning dick but unless you can refute his facts/statements he has credibility. Stop “name-calling” and reply either refuting Guzzlers facts or publish your own facts that refute his statements.
