If Microsoft want to get into this space they will put $millions into a direct investment - in house - and recruit the best people. All MoS will probably have a standard clause that if control of the company changes then the NFT contract automatically becomes null & void.

Hostile takeover attempts / rubbish; tosh; corporate hooliganism at its finest .... impossible to do with the current share and option structure. Need Main Board support to recommend acceptance to the shareholders. A hostile takeover will cost a lot of fees and expenses … best option would be to use those fees and expenses to entice expert and important staff to jump along with their address book.
