The assets are valuable. Management have been very poor to date. Hard to make excuses for them.
I trust they will still be trying to sell off bkm to fund beutong one way or the other.

40k and 10k buys whilst the impatient sell.
People deramping for a lower entry, so predictable when the weak are selling.

A fair statement. However why would Candy sell his own shares to do this as he too must believe in the upside ?
They could have bought on the open market over time of course, not easy in that amount.

Looking at the Director buys, especially for Stuart who had chance to buy earlier and cheaper but didn't and Roger Sargent's activity it seems to me like people within AB are doing everything that they can to get the SP up.
A valid thing to do before talking about a sale.

Things are happening I am sure.
TM is not sitting on his hands wondering WTF is going one.
He has plenty of connections and lets not forget, there were more than one interested party when copper was 20% lower in price.
It is a buy all day long here with lots of upside potential.

Apparently Winnifroth is ****ging BOOM off, sounds like a good time to buy.

There are clearly people out to unnerve people here and already their claims have proven to be BS.
Whatever the outcome even if a placing happens (They are not as desperate as many believe), the SP will be north of here based on asset value in the medium term.
Selling now is madness imo.

Both parties want the deal, so it will happen and slowness in redtape is finite.
No wonder people lose money selling after a few small delays.

I do get the feeling that there is a few whispers coming out BOOM and lots of big boys on AIM seem interested.

They cannot put anything other. If the said 'certain' than this would be false.

More chunky buys and not many sells showing and the price is not going up as aggressively as you would expect.
Either the MMs have been sitting on lots of stock or shorts are closing.
Something fishy going on for sure.

The bottom line is they were or were not offered a price to acquire the company. If they were they rejected it based on it was too low. They now believe that forging ahead they will be worth more (based on increasing revenues, profitably or whatever). If they were not offered anything then something is clearly wrong. I don't believe the latter to be the case and the recent large buys indicate I am not alone.
We have about a week to see how they are progressing with regards to adding value.
