The price goes up becuase the price at which people are willing to sell or buy changes.

e.g. If I tried to buy in a strong market and there is no stock the MM will increase the price until someone is willing to sell.

Vice versa for selling.

If there more buying pressure the price would go up, ignoring very short term activity by MMs to make the market, it's their job. No conspiracy. They may hold prices based on orders and try and get people the best price they can, again, doing their job.

Number of Buys must equal number of sells on average, even if the MM is holding lots or goes naked for a period.

So the ... "Lots more buys than sells ..." etc. is nonsense, many transactions misreported.

The only thing that matters is the SP when you buy and when you sell, and how you react to the reported SP in the meantime.

Selling before news and buying back in post news hoping for a lower price is what many do. It's called trading and making money. It paid off for him. If he was doing anything illegal, immoral he would not be stating it here would he.

That is one instance, however there are more, such as being party to information not in the public domain that could have an impact on share price (either good or bad).

The telecoms project has kicked off. Probably a 12 month design time depending on IP reuse (same process node or porting to another) and complexity.

Royalties based on minimum expected volumes so could massivley increase if they can sell into a wider market.

WIthout knowing what it is (e.g. 5G) it is difficult to gauge, but could also be sold in much larger volumes.

WIthout a doubt, with what we know, this is undervalued at this point.
