HH,
How much profit do you expect BOOM to be making and how quickly will it rise?
Many tech companies do become more valuable as they become profitable, obviously.
The concern with BOOM is that it's cost of sales vs revenue seem closely linked, hence it is yet to be seen how scalable the business is.
They have had some great growth yet the only offer to but the company is based on a rumour by someone on ADVFN who has now sold by all accounts. What does that tell you?
You seem very blinkered.
I have been here for a long time, way more than most, believe me, I have often felt bullish, yet nothing happens.
Unless Q4 shows a vast change and clear path to making some cash I will be gone for good.
No.
If you understand the technology then FTC are not placed to replace Huawei kit.
They may provide low level components to the various 5G hardware platforms (femto/pico cells, radio heads etc.) but not a complete HW solution. Different gravy.

The directors have been buying for a long time at higher prices only to see it drop further. Stuart not putting has hand in his pocket afaik
1 - being saying that for 2 years (cost of sales is too high to make big profits it seems)
2 - How much have BOOM burnt to date? What is the pay back for that?
3 - Have the revenues got significantly better during lock down? Comparing to spotify and thinking that reflects on BOOM is incredibly naive
4 - The opportunity to sell at multiples was open for 8 months - how did that go what were the offers (Ignore the BS rumours)
I have been positive on BOOM for a very long time but patience is running out
The large(ish) sells of late are (I believe) long term holders jumping ship after another false start from BOOM.
Triton, promises of profitability for a long time and now a failed sales process.
The Triton debacle was blamed on the previous Chairman (he was pushed soon afterwards). Rob Proctor moves on and Stuart Last replaced him.
The road to profitability is burning cash and the vision of the future is more of the same. The hope was a sale would yield a decent return.
I still hold but I am not sure that I can justify keeping money tied up here for much longer.
Bouff, The past is gone.
How I approach it is if I have X shares, based on what I know NOW would I be buying X shares into this company.
If that is a no, then I sell.
Some big buys reported it seems.
Did they learnt an expensive lesson? maybe
Did they get rid of the individual who was to blame? yes
I agree with you points about updates. Lots of legacy and bashers.
Typically where bargains can be had. At these prices I do not see much down side and happy to wait to see what happens
Gunner, if raine was costing a fortune and there was no buyer interest they would have turned them off a long time ago.
PB - Agreed. They will not just sell to the highest bidder if they can more value going forward into an ever expanding market

Happy to wait 2 months and buy at these prices.
A gift of an RNS
They should be holding some stock given the sells of late.
I suspect a big buy order in the back ground and they are still accumulating.
166 to sell 3000 shares
A few buys today. Leak?
"The Board currently expects for the Strategic Review process (including the formal sale process) to conclude during the third quarter of 2020"
In less than 3 weeks ...
PB - Agree
AIM buyers are lazy and look at trend latest and message board trolling.
To me there is little downside medium term - upside? companies with far less have sold for much more than the current mcap.
There may be a blip down if they decide to call off the sales process, not as though they have to, just keep performing as the are and keep the for sale sign up.
Candy is not desperate for cash
Stuart cannot buy at the moment and may be regretting not buying some whilst he could.
I do agree he does seem passive and some hefty buying would have been good when he could have.
The fact they are not communicating to the market is good news (if they are in advanced stages of a sale) although it is very frustrating watching impatient investors selling
News due?
Support at this level seems pretty solid. Few prepared to sell with news imminent. With such low liquidity it should move fast when it does eventually go.
All very tight lipped. Contacted the company a few times and they are giving nothing away.
Wake me up at 2p
No brainer.
With more space than the morocco stores. I wonder why that is needed
