Now now, Dusty, I wrote that yesterday or the day before. What we have here is a developing situation, and as of now it begins to look more of your type of situation. But nobody knows for sure till the proverbial fat lady sings, and right now she's just practicing her scales.

For what it's worth - I don't have a lot of skin in the game here, and I'm not a knowledgeable long-term investor like many of the regulars here, but if I were, I think I would be feeling strongly that enough is enough after the events - or non-events - of the last twelve months. I would be inclined to try to find someone to represent shareholders forcefully at the AGM - someone used to public speaking, someone who knows the history thoroughly, who will not be browbeaten or diverted, or sidetracked with non- or partial-answers and meaningless assurances.

Usually meaningless, the last resort of people who've given up all hope elsewhere. But that said, SP is recovering nicely so far from the big sells yesterday afternoon and first thing today. No doubt some MM muddying of the waters going on too....

What's your point, apart from cynicism? As pointed out earlier, we are four weeks into a 2-6 weeks timeframe.

but that IR has been very poor and misleading, I don't think anyone disagrees with that. But personally I baulk at the suggestion some have made that it was done deliberately. In my opinion, there have been a number of factors which have lead to the confusion, among them CB spreading himself too thin across various companies. However, there is a case to be made that he was dealing with an ongoing and problematic start-up situation, not helped by the worst and most prolonged rains in decades. So it was very much a question of news management, which as it turned out WAS poorly handled. I hope we are now over the uncertainties that brought us to where we are today, and I hope all who are still holding can begin to focus more on the positives such as Andrew has mentioned below, and less on rehashing old gripes.

This move to become a closed-ended investment scheme will most certainly not have been done in isolation, but on the advice of serious money professionals, so I think we may legitimately expect further developments to follow soon.

I'm not so sure, eV. We are at pretty much four-month lows, and I've noticed a lot of selling into any attempt to rise on the back of APH's recent strength. Could that have been a deliberate attempt to make us attractive to funds once authorisation came through, as it did today? We'll soon find out. Whatever, APH on a roll and we benefit to the tune of �0.55m per CN$1 rise in SP. Then as you say, Factom and Leap news, and further Aphria news. The fat lady has only been practicing her scales so far....
