Well, hard to know how that figure was arrived at, but anyway I'm confusing our holding in APH with that in Factom, so back to the drawing board. If we hold 3.7% worth £534k in the most recent valuation, that puts Factom's worth at a mere $20m.

Am I right in thinking FFWD took a 3.64% stake in Factom for $400k in the Series A funding round, and that there hasn't been a revaluation since then?

Unless the deal was irrevocable when the news came, you'd have to think so. You also have to think that the Board should or must have been aware of the possibility of such an event taking place, but who knows?
