All seems well in the FFWD universe, but who knows when they'll drop a zinger?

I wouldn't call this a PI-heavy stock, RTN, but whatever, there is or are substantial seller(s) at this price, and until they are done we just have to be patient.

But this is now below a very old and conservative NAV so, while markets can still trash stocks well below their notional value. I am comfortable that, with any one of FFWD's portfolio coming good, we will have a profit in due course.

There's clearly a big holder selling into any buying here at the moment. Until he's done, and the market gains a little more confidence, I don't see this moving far - barring random news, which as Mr Predator says, could come at any time.

So, if: "FFWD has subscribed as part of a US$50 million Series A fundraise that Juvenescence has now closed with a post-money valuation of US$250 million (the "Juvenescence Series A Funding")". that should surely lift FFWD's NAV considerably? Or not?

I certainly hope that, once they are out of the close period, they will resume some form of buyback. Considering the recent news, there's been quite a pullback in the SP, though I suppose much of that could be ascribed to AIM sentiment, which remains very patchy and poor.

Doggo, you go ahead and fantasise what you like, old fella. You seem to want an argument but I've explained my position several times and I really cannot be bothered to do so again, it doesn't seem to penetrate.

Doggo - you seem to think I am somehow 'missing' the potential here, despite my frequently posting on exactly that repeatedly over the past few months. I thought it was clear from my two posts yesterday that my reservation is only with the significance of Friday's news, and my disagreement that it is somehow 'massive news', to use your term; sure, it is another step in the right direction, but one that was already telegraphed to the market, and hence not that 'massive'. Whatever, no doubt we shall see what the market thinks this coming week.

Instead of insinuating that I have an ulterior motive, you'd do better to provide some substance to refute my post. As far as I know it is accurate that the DHS trial is and has been ongoing for a number of years and is funded incrementally by them. It is of course good news that Factom continues to be in the running, but this was already known two months ago, when the Senate sub-committee made mention of the fact. So unless you can provide additional reasons why you think it is "massive news", I stand by my original post - and I say that as a holder of FFWD.
