It's a standard caveat for closed-end funds, which FFWD became earlier this year. For some reason your broker has sent it out to you - I've never received it, and I don't know anyone else who has. My advice would be to read it carefully and digest. In the present bear market, FFWD is fairly illiquid, and there is no clear indication whether we are at bottom, can go down further or are reaching a turning point. Many of us point to imminent news to help with the SP, but there are others who are skeptical; it is up to you to weigh those factors for yourself. For myself, I am considering buying more should it drop further, but currently on hold. I believe, along with others, that some of our investee companies are likely to announce good news for FFWD in December/January.

Yes, I think Factom Inc is not benefitting directly from the FCT token's rise, but the people who run the nodes used to decentralise on the blockchain are paid in tokens, and that may be of immense indirect benefit to Inc, because those people are also involved in development that will hopefully use Harmony and maybe other Factom products in the future.

I remember back in April/May the FCT crypto boys on the Factom BB were complaining that the token was slipping off the front page (not sure which front page). It's probably just about back where it was then.

any intrinsic value in this company while it is not working the mine? Resources-in-ground yes, and land (owned or leased?), but markets, and AIM especially, put little - or almost no in this case - value on that.

Recent bottom a few weeks ago was 9/9.30, I think. We may test that again, but yes I agree, this is hopefully near the bottom, IF we get good news soon.

Over and above the $6m SAFE investment that FFWD made in Factom, it also had the right to invest up to a further $9m before end Sept. Was that option exercised or extended, or has it lapsed, presumably due to adverse market conditions? A definitive answer, anyone?
