Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
That 5000 share 'sell' was my little top up with s few quid (mainly) from the recent AAU special divi. Keeping it all in the (Kerim) family, really......
Dividend, prospects/potential, sp value, break-up value, potential sale etc.............
Seem to be a few Clarets around on the board e.g. Claret&Blue on the Ariana chat.
Anyhow, agree with TM. Doesn't seem much downside in spite of, rather than because of, the management team
I was literally just about to drop a line about the sp being just plain silly now, C&B, and you beat me to it. Less than £50 m market cap? What'll happen when the divi is paid....drop another 0.3p???? Jeez. What will it take.............??
C&B - how are things with you? Hope all good and you're all ready for going back on the Longside at the weekend(giving my age away now!)
As Joe Jackson once sang......something going on around here......
I'm in for £7k at around 16.5p. Whilst I'm a few quid down just now I have to say I'm more confident about this holding than most of my others (and I'm confident about them, too).
At these levels, in my view, this is an absolute steal......although, I'll stress, just my view.
GLA
Well, that 10k of shares was my buy (although showing as a sell, of course). A quick top up for me as I can't see this going much lower. (Famous last words, and all that......)
Maybe I'm just an impatient so-and-so but I would have thought the BOD would have come back with thoughts on the recent offer. Quite frankly, I would have hoped they would have come out with a 'completely unacceptably low offer which has been summarily dismissed....have a nice day' note. Maybe I'm delusional and naïve, too??
Maybe an RNS coming about those trades?
Gone ex-divi
Is that you, rivaldo, sweeping up another 3.25m shares?
I cant work out if it's a big buyer or a big seller in the market here.
Lots of small(ish) sells then up pops a big buy every now and again. On balance, I reckon there's more likely to be a big buyer as all those sells aren't having a detrimental effect on the sp.
Interesting times, anyhow.......
...... x 2, apparently, rivaldo......
Good news and, hopefully we should start to see the sp move northwards
Is the potential big buyer still going in the background but now having to pay a higher price. Looks like more 'buys' coming in just now as the long-term holders stick around and don't sell.
Hopefully this will start to tick up a bit now
….oh, and as John predicted, sp seems to be on the drift down again. I still find that sp decline odd, though......
Some good beery shouts here.
I'm lucky enough to be quite near Oakham Brewery (which I can recommend should you ever end up in Rutland). Couldn't be nearer the train station if you ever fancy a visit.
As for my favourite non-mainstream beers it's got to be from Whim Brewery. Magic Mushroom Mild, Hartington Bitter and Flower Power all absolutely fantastic (in different ways).
Southwark Brewery LPA also a winner. It's the first brewery in the Bermondsey Mile (as you head out from London Bridge station) should you be in the area and up for a beer - as and when Boris/covid allows.
Couldn't agree with John more regarding C&B.
Lost my brother-in-law , very suddenly/unexpectedly, just before Christmas. His wife now a very wealthy widow with how he had his finances sorted. Your health is everything - so I wish you well, C&B, although probably advise you to steer clear of watching the Clarets on Thursday. Liverpool haven't scored since (seems like) before covid started but somehow I think that'll change this week.
As you say, maybe talk about beer again. My shout....pint of Tim Taylors Landlord for me...what are you all having?
Just wondered if those who are much more in the know about these things can tell me what's happening here? For a while, now, we've seen trades at below the bid/ask mid-price yet the sp isn't being moved down (which I'm relieved about, I guess).
I can only presume there's a big buyer in the background soaking up these shares. Is that the likely reason the sp isn't drifting down or is there something else happening? All thoughts welcome......
...and just seen you posting on DNL, HunSen. That's one I've been in for a couple of months having bought in at 58p (which is annoying given that if I'd waited a few days could have got in at around 50p but, like you, have high hopes for the medium to longer term).
Apols to others for the off topic, here.
Isn't that the point, Jdough.....the divi isn't known and isn't quite practically certain? The speculation is that the divi could be around 1p, although my personal view is it'll be nearer to 0.5p. Either way, if you're buying shares at today's prices then it's likely you'll get an immediate 10-20% yield (which is why I topped up yesterday).
On more important matters, if claretandblue is still around, exciting times at Burnley FC with takeover imminent along with cruising (????) to victory yesterday. (Sorry to others for the random off topic)
