Nolupus - sure. But along with the share price, the company’s cash position has changed. And it is currently sufficient to see them over more than just “the next few months” as you stated.

Nolupus - you’re ignoring the Incanthera warrant options (which they could buy & resell almost immediately if desired). More than doubling their money in the process.

Regarding your woefully inaccurate chart predictions, I’d invite anyone to check when you made them, look up the closing share price on LSE over subsequent days & see them for the utter nonsense they were.

I pointed out, well before Microsalt’s IPO, that Tate & Lyle had failed to successfully commercialise a very similar microcrystal salt.

The main difference being in the crystal size (& the fact Tate & Lyle had infinitely more marketing & commercial resource than Microsalt).

Being a TEK holder, I hope Microsalt succeeds where Tate & Lyle failed. But in my heart of hearts I’ve always doubted this will happen & suspect TEK’s large holding in Microsalt is the main thing propping up its SP currently. Once the lock in ends, I predict a major drop unless significant new contracts are announced between now & then.

Biffbaffboff - agreed - & I imagine they WILL exercise the warrants before that deadline. As things stand, to do otherwise would be an act of self harm - not to mention negligence - on behalf of the Directors.

In which case, it makes sense to wait until the very last moment, just in case some black swan event occurs between now & then.

Biffbaffboff - I don’t think IMM has actually exercised its warrants in Incanthera yet, as this hasn’t been RNS’d.

Logic dictates they would, as it’s an easy way to more than double their money. But never assume until it’s RNS’d?

Wigwammer - I note that to date your post has received ZERO upticks from anyone (dullard or otherwise). Kinda telling, don’t you think.

Give them a break! Q3 only started 2 weeks ago & mid Q3 is 15 August.

Wigwammer - Tim has been highly remunerated, even BEFORE any share option awards.

The options are like an “icing on the cake” bonus, for which Tim has paid zilch. Sure he’ll do better out of them if IMM’s SP does well. But they offer no indication of him having the courage of his own convictions, unlike any share purchase from his own pocket would have.

Not gonna waste any further time arguing the point with you though, as your mind appears made up.

I suspect you’re in the minority on this issue though.

Reddragoninvestor - the answer to your first question is no.

And quite what makes you feel a drop is on the cards is anyone’s guess. There might be a drop ahead. Equally there might be a rise. Nobody knows.

Wigwammer - the normal definition of “skin in the game” is that you’ve taken some financial risk with your own money to back the company you’ve invested in.

To most people (other than yourself), free options handed out with few if any performance criteria attached are NOT a valid definition of skin in the game.

Wigwammer - I regard real skin in the game as Director shares they’ve bought with their own cash.

Options are often dished out free, no strings attached, even after a prolonged period of poor company performance. So they’re an unreliable indicator IMHO.

If a trial doesn’t meet its endpoints, commercially it simply HASN’T worked.

Water too is safe, but no great help for lupus sufferers. I agree the need for higher dosage was well flagged (but ignored by IMM) before the last readout. Hopefully their re-designed P3 will prove more successful.

MasterRSI - what an admirable post from you.

There were many, many days following your last upbeat chart prediction when IQE sank well below the price on the day you posted. Now it is slightly above, though currently falling back again.

So all you’ve “proved” with your chart predictions is that they might still tell the time right twice - rather like a stopped clock. Only less interesting.

Bezinio - and I’ve a feeling you’re wrong.

All it possibly indicates is:

a) Investors don't think Microsalt's SP will hold up once Tek's lock in period draws to an end

b) Investors believe Tek will have to dilute further to continue feathering Cliff's nest (and his mates) and to fund Guident/new AI venture etc

Trek - to answer your question, I imagine relatively few posters’ (& investors’) due diligence extends to ploughing through a 378 page document. That’s almost a third the size of War and Peace!

Not saying they shouldn’t. Just that most won’t IMHO.

I know what you mean about limited risks pre- results of first drill & flow test.

Only thing is, no-one will know exactly when those results will be announced until the RNS lands. If the share price has been rising up until then, chances are relatively few investors will sell beforehand. So then, surely they’d be completely in the hands of whatever the results show.

Could be good, in which case share price rises much further. But if bad, too late to exit.
