You posted the same rubbish on 3 different stocks in 4 mins today. Do you really think that people will take investment advice from somebody who obviously has limited brain function?

Alarm went off this morning and I debated turning it off and going back to sleep, I didn`t and that worked well for me

Had a small 25K shares at an average of just over 27p, managed to snag another 25K at 25.5 p, so now I hold 50K and even managed to lower my average, great day.

Time to cuddle the dog and put the wife out for the day, GL all

Not convinced either lse reporting only 1 mill shares bought and sold so low volume, although 2/3rds are buys

Not so sure it is a "straight demerger" as they allowed outside investors in and not just existing shareholders, but thats for greater minds to figure out. When I looked it up it was ambiguous to say the least

At the moment Ingenuity is a part of THG and no demerger circular has been published, so what rules apply. I`m sure we will all find out eventually why no circular

The disposal (sale) by THG of Ingenuity after the Fund raise of £95.4 million was to give Ingenuity a max value of £100 million and publication of the Demerger Circular was to be in or by early November . Obviously the Demerger Circular has not been published by today the 21st November.

MY question is:

If an outside Bidder came in and offered say an Indicative bid of £150 million for Ingenuity (Apollo stated Ingenuity was worth more than the market cap of THG at the time). Could they proceed with the Demerger Circular without declaring the bid and could something along these lines be the reason for the delay?

FCSS is an investment trust that covers the china market with a net asset value this morning of 287.40.

So trying to get people to short will probably lose them money in the short and medium term which is why there are no declared short positions of over 0.5%. Way too risky!

I`m not a fan of shorters and "Glowacki" isn't the brightest, I think I am most offended by the stupidity.
