I don’t think you have a robust case especially when you consider companies that have fallen out of the ft and those still there that have been hammered ie banks, financials bt BG etc
Also considering reduced and cancelled dividends to boot
Picking winners in hindsight is not how it works otherwise I would be doing the lottery so please don’t send me utopian examples
Yes you will get a return but The FT hasn’t been brilliant by any stretch of the imagination and certainly can’t be used as an example of Brexit success

The bus promise was BS however many fell for it along with take back control and oven ready deals

The Footsie fell considerably before brexit due to the uncertainty so using those statistics to suggest the footsie has performed better due to Brexit is simply not correct
The uk has and will continue to lag behind with economic recovery due to most of the original concerns over free movement of goods

My experience is that the EU standards are often higher but I suppose my knowledge is limited to my sector
