Once the new CEO Cindy Rose has hung out the dirty laundry , which she is entitled to do, hopefully the plan will be realised

It’s about providing evidence to the markets that the business has been turned around from decline and re establish its self as a market leader

This will take time. A few contract wins alone won’t turn the share price around , may stop the decline.
