I posted my figure to inform you that your figure was wrong. It took a couple of times for you to then figure out where you went wrong.
Otherwise your figures re your error and not adding tax would have been permanently wrong.

I made the right choices from the age of 16

btw i am not old enough to get a state pension - not that I would keep it myself, as I don't with a lot of my HSBC pension which is indexed linked up to 5% RPI.
I am hoping that RPI is not way over 5% come October which is the inflation figure used.
