Lets not start all this ****** again. I thought the moaners had been extinguished by the level of the Lloyds investment plan. Time to educate yourself.
The amount that an employee can save towards purchasing shares is defined in law.
The amount of share awards as part of a remuneration package is set out.
So the amount of the lloyds investment plan has little bearing.
