There is no windfall tax to object to. The UK government have not hinted at one either.
There will always be those not liking big business making big profits . Shell do not control the prices of oil and gas on the world market. I don't recall calls for a helping hand when Shell was languishing at below £9 a share when making £Billions of losses, with a period when oil was below zero.

no one can predict day to day news that would create big movements in stocks prices.
My average price now is about 382p. I now have, because of the partial fill an odd number of shares ( i buy in round share numbers ) so any future purchase would include getting back to a round number of shares.
