My point is that she is being taxed as she should be taxed. Indian taxes on Indian income and UK taxes on UK income, so 'for those who do not approve of the situation', should not come into it - tough luck.

Sunaks wife has a Domicile of origin in India by birth- Her income in India is not taxed by the UK for that reason. If proceeds from Indian businesses were brought into the UK,that would be a different matter.
Once she has been living in the UK for 15 years she will be 'deemed domicile' in the UK and from that point will be liable to UK taxes on all of her worldwide income.

in Hong Kong.
HSBC may have Hong Kong residents currently working in London.
Hong Kong tax ranges from 2 to 17%
