If I sell for more than I bought for, I am content with that.
Obviously you cannot experience any 'success' with stock market investments, as you have none.

As you know, the market is forward looking, rather than focusing on historic metrics, and gives a judgement on a daily basis as to the value of Lloyds. It is up to an investor to decide whether the current market valuation is fair, over valued or undervalued by the market.
