Yes - top priority should be to get rid of debts, which for most people a property mortgage would be the large one.

I was lucky that I could deal with getting rid of a mortgage early, without resorting to not putting the maximum allowed each year into Peps and Isas

shares go up and down - they had a downward spell, so maybe the start of an upward spell ?.

I don't spend much time looking into what BATS and IMB are up to. So long as they continue with the high level of dividend payments, I am not concerned with share price movements within buy and selling price targets.

As I have said, I got back into BATS in the last couple of years.

I sold some IMB at about £21.85p on 23rd November 2022.
