In the case of Lloyds, I don't think much sorting out is needed. What many investors are concerned with (not me) is that the market needs to sort out a proper valuation.

No, the number of shares bought and cancelled will remain the same.

The number of shares in issue at the end of May, may only be about 100 million fewer than at the end of April (depending on rest of months purchases) . The number of shares bought and cancelled is obviously at the moment a larger number than we could have hoped for from the outset. Likely to now be in excess o 4 Billion whereas most would have thought 3.5 Billion a good result.

I have no problem with Lloyds investors mentioning Crypto but it is another thing when someone who has posted many hundreds of times on the Quantum Blockchain Technologies board (I assume a shareholder) comes onto the Lloyds board to promote Crypto.

About 99% of shareholder votes were in favour of share repurchases.

Shares are being purchased at way below NAV.

Money is being invested in a business that is currently able to afford double digit returns for shareholders.

Which companies have the BOD's missed that they could have invested in at way below NAV and giving double digit returns?

There is no arguing with maths and there is no spinning of yarns, just facts.

The fact is about 10 Billion shares have been removed by share repurchase schemes.

The fact is based on the current market cap with 10 Billion more shares that would equaye to about 40.6p per share.

The fact is a valuation is not based on dividend payments.
