Yes your extra donation, because of reaching your 73p target in 2025, should have been paid to the charity of choice by the winner of the 2025 competition and not the 2024 (never mind) , which is obviously chosen after the year end.

The entry to make an EOY guess is a minimum £10. I don't know whether you entered an EOY 2025 guess or not. If you did then a minimum of £10 would be due from you to the charity chosen by the 2025 winner. If you wanted to enter a guess for 2026, I believe you have several more days before it closes. Share buybacks (many used to moan about them) and the cut in dividend are now showing their worth.

Has come a long way since my lower 60's purchase in April.

Buybacks still have some months to complete.

Who have recently pumped in £4 million into Met1 investment company from recycled money they got from gamblers can now if they so wish start to get their money back.

If I were holding shares I would be quite happy with many more millions of pounds being pumped in at 2p per share, as that would mean more bets could be placed by Met1, and it may only take one speculative bet to be a winner for shareholders to benefit. I certainly wouldn't want to pay a premium for 'hope' - a premium needs to be justified.
