Lets hope consideration on all sides are taken for these dates .
So it will be upto the judge ?
What are the licence dates on the fields we are proposing to buy ?
As the last update for an extension was nearly 7 weeks ago following a previous extension of 4 weeks it is very possible that an admission doc could land any day now as they have had nearly 11 weeks since the initial extension, if it is positive lets hope it lands as i like many others have alot of cash tied up here and i like it to be fluid ☺
Thanks Saint, as the filing date on Patenscope said 1.03.2023
This is a great step but patent approval is likely to be a couple of years away yet
Hey no probs Streets, just my observation from the court papers. Still upbeat and hopefull for a successful SS outcome.
Rocky Thanks for update
Sadly if we don't get this injuction that will be the end of any financial compensation hopes for Chad and a costly lesson to boot.
When would we expect the injunction to given ?
If we win ICC i think we can say we would not continue doing business in Chad and Cameroon.
Strangely doesn't mention this years raise, which would extend that cash runway.
Thanks Caution and Zen and Porsche for pointing out the fact we bought accugas from insolvency, i personally believe this is a great asset massively undervalued , (lets say we are in 2027 and SS is throwing off 65k a day, Niger 20k a day, we have been paid £200m for Chad settlement, we have 2 other oil plays at 50k a day and the renewables are all in play, AK decides to sell Acugas, i don't believe it would fetch less than $1.5-2B cash)
Understand your thoughts and your frustration and yes i haven't discounted a low ball buyout, update from company on sales progress would be welcome.
Just feel if the directors (who you would expect would participate) would want to show there confidence in the company and placing at 0.5-0.8p won't do that as the dilution will be too great.
I agree there may be a placing but i personally feel it will be at a price between 1.2-1.5p.
They are now in a closed period with results only 3 weeks away.
Well that was a pretty good P&D over past couple of weeks, give it another day or 2 and see if we hit 7p and buy in again ahead of results , presentation and product launch.
Even though technically we have no value attributed to the share price for Niger you can bet your bottom dollar that this will have a negative impact through pure sentiment when trading resumes unless SS Government sign is in the AD.
At some point The West will have to step up or completely abandon Africa which bearing in mind the Migration issues (would be a stupid thing to do) These Juntas are in it for themselves and Wagner are willing to facilitate that for mineral contracts.
I believe France will finally step up here they have Everthing and Nothing to lose but inaction again will show weakness.
If wagner go in to Niger there will be a price to pay by the Junta in terms of minerals and oil we will be vulnerable, China won't , they have already arrested the mines and oil ministers.
Appears to be escalating, i can see the French going in hard here as it is there last hope in the Saheel, what does ECOWAS do now after the threat of war from russian backed Mali and burkina faso. Will this become the Proxy war between russia and the west ?
You coul buy at .15 and 1.20 around 11th and 12th june
