Not on a re rate he hasn't. with all due respect he comes here once or twice a month and professes words to the effect of this will be the catylyst , if you dont believe me click on his posts. He has been doing this for years and all the price has done is fall through dilution and before you get on your high horse i'm a long term holder who for what ever reason still believes in this share. However we don't need a monthly ramper who offers nothing more than "this will rerate " with no evidence what so ever from him, i will be shot down because he is one of the so called insiders but not once has his SP predictions been proven to be correct.
