I don't agree people will be buying in on relist for a punt at what is only the possibility of a big payout for Chad in an as yet undefined timeline (12 months minimum). Lets hope good news is forthcoming very very soon and your price is closest and even exceeded. GLA

Market also walked share price back up in first 2 weeks of Dec 2022 in anticipation of SS deal because it was as low as 21p Early Dec 2023.

KK, i am aware share price drifted on Chad Petronas deal however we didn't get full pic re nationalisation of Esso asset until 3 months after suspension and as you stated pre deal price was 19p. If SS Fails my view is we will be closer to 20p than 30p on relist because Debt has shot up , Big currency loss last year with potential for more this year. On a plus side $90m+ to be booked in first 6 months for overdue payment and hopefully Nigerian asset purchase completed. Would also be good to see 6 month accounts with increased production pre relist. I would obviously like to see price higher on relist but genuinely don't think it will happen. Hope i am wrong

Well should he come back with any form of SS deal it will be those II that decide whether it is passed or not, he will be in regular touch with those and they want to see a return. Lets hope an update is very close now, Days/Couple of weeks max.

If we are still persuing SS i imagine any payment to Govt will be Milestone related with possible JV between ourselves and SS Govt exteding life of license but in turn allowing SS Gov to increase stake throughout extedeed license period eg: 5% per annum over 10 yr period. Just my thoughts of what may happen.

With these due end of September it could provide a boost for numerous reasons should we come back early October with or without a deal. $97M that was a overdue payment will appear in the accounts, increased revenue because planned maintenance for Q4 2023 will have been completed and we should be seeing positive impact of Niara denominated drawdown. It is also important that the pipeline is back up and running, licence extended considerably and debt is not too much because we are definetly paying more in interest now than we were when first suspended and will do on any finance secured to pay for it. SP will be reflective of these points if we do mange to secure them.

I know we announced the Stubb Creek purchase during this suspension but are we obliged under Aim rules to announce other deals whilst under supension as AK has mentioned on numerous occasions he is seeking further deals but i was just wondering if the size was under what would be RTO condition size is it possible he is just fininishing off some smaller deals before Ad Doc ?

I read it as we are looking to deal direct with South Sudan Govt for Petronas assets. This may be a payment say $500m direct to them (which they are desperate for ) ie Petronas walking away. if there is an extension to license to say 2035 ? might not be too bad. Just my way of reading it.

· Clinical Site Setup: The setup of clinical sites at the University of Pennsylvania ("PENN") and the new medical centre is underway. This multi-step process involves thorough internal reviews by the science review committee and the internal review board of both clinical sites, as well as budget negotiations and logistics planning. The Company continues to work with Prevail Infoworks, a contract research organization ("CRO"), to manage and oversee the planning for the clinical trials.

Expansion into Pediatric Indications:

Pediatric AML and ALL: The Company is seeking to expand the HEMO-CAR-T indication to include pediatric acute myeloid leukemia ("AML") and a subset of pediatric acute lymphoblastic leukemia ("ALL") patients. An amendment to the clinical protocol to include pediatric AML is currently under review by third party experts. If approved, the Company will seek to implement the clinical trials for pediatric AML at the newly established clinical site. This area is of particular concern, and there is an urgent need for effective treatments for these conditions, which the Company believes HEMO-CAR-T will be able to provide.

Will we be notified of the approval, has it been approved. I recall trials to begin by late summer, this is the last official month of summer so hopefully either started or literally just about to.

Lets hope so TIL because i am 6 years in here and not received any increment in share price (in fact a 100 % hair cut from initial placing, yes averaged down but !) no divi and nigh on 2 year suspension. AK do not let me down. since suspension the main index's have risen between 30 and 50% despite the past weeks falls. Politics have moved on hegely in every area we cover but sadly we haven't apart from Nigeria where other issues namely chronic infation and currency devaluation are f--king us over. Was there a good reason the majors just wanted to leave these places ?
