Todays spread if it were tomorrow would represent £1 wtf would trade in that environment ? hopefully that will be a positive outcome from consolidation.

Do you get the feeling that has deliberately being kept at 1p for ease of conversion at 4.30 today ?

I really hope the spread improves after consolidation as it stands it would be 70-80p which isn't going to encourage buying or selling.

Just thinking out loud. Is it possible they could announce funding before consolidation on friday with shares being admitted next week. They would be in £'s not pence and hopefully at a premium.

But if the did that to 1 new Investor it would constitute a takeover so that won't happen.

So glad everything passed as the alternative was truely bleak. Expecting consistent news over next few weeks, Proper institutional funding, Letter from MD Anderson, first injection, and other II's buying on the open market, which in turn should hopefully put some realistic value to this stock.

I have called Peterhouse and they have result but it has to be announced by the company. Hurry up !!

wkw if you are a holder and i doubt that but why would you vote against its a completely different scenario if the vote fails and very sad if does shameful even. this company has something granted it isn't cash but ffs what a bunch ****houses that want to take a company with such good science to the edge because they make a few quid. you have achieved what you all set out to do and its not the first or the last british company that ends up eleswhere. no surprise we have the worst performing stock market in the world over the past 20 years. you dont invest you steal, bunch of c--nts as far as iam concernerd

Hopefully the vote passes Monday as the alternative at this stage of our adventrure is bleak for existing shareholders. Shorters don't get a vote. If it passes i would like to think it offers SP support and iam guessing very shortly afterwards hours or a couple of days we will get the long awaited letter of trial start, Friday consolidation takes place, then a constant news flow. I also believe Vlad has already had the Nod that if consolidation is successful funds will be forthcoming and i believe it will be at a predetermined price circa £6-8 for £5mish with Warrants. Either way i see 20/30 % movement in SP from 10.15 onwards monday. Not sure their are many shorts other than with IG and Spreadex open so if successful on the vote they will know that funding is coming from II's so their risk will have increased. Roll on monday.

Very good to see, circa 12% rise in past 3 days, hopefully it continues and has a positive impact on our bottom line.

If anyone here thinks we will raise £5m at £2 equivalent they are mad, the main reason being it would automatically trigger a takeover and that isn't going to happen at this price at this time. Funds have obviously given Vlad a Nod of some description re funding. fwiw i think it will be closer £6/8 a share with warrants. There will be a slightly different transfer of wealth this time as PI's will be pushed out by II. The company is just about to start phase one and has an institutional investor base of F--k all that is about to change and expect between 20-50% to be in the hands of II's within 3-6 months. with that kind demand where will this be then ? Vlad has disappointed and let us down many times in the past but he hasn't been able to mumble is way through with a load of Bo-l-cks to be where he is with MD Anderson and Prevail and the II's they will be party to. I feel a step change is about to happen. AIMO
