I would also prefer some news pre consolidation and consolidate at £8 not £4, with Funding at £10+ with warrants.

Because £5m at £4/share will give whoever circa 25% of the company and we are then getting very close to takeover territory.

First thing that struck me was reduced possible stake in SS (so does this still constitute a reverse takeover) ? 2nd thing was increased amount of debt that is not a good thing.

Spreadex not allowing any more shorts to be opened (must have reached their risk profile limit. Not sure if that's a good thing or not). Reciept of letter monday or tuesday could be interesting. Need some volume to move this up.

I also believe the II Funds we have been targeting (or they have targeted us will enter at significant premium to todays price for between £3-5m with future warrants (it does tie in with the conversation over past month or so Re MD Andersons Focus fund. It would also be nice to see other funds taking 3, 4 and 5%stakes of the actual market.

Not sure who it was but i recall a post on tuesday evening stating they were part of a consortium and had been in a meeting with Peter and Vlad that day. Can anyone else remember who it was ?

Whoever it was could they elaborate or explain why they have decided to remove it ?

There will only be 3.5m shares so if there was further dilution for said Institutional investors will they be doing it at £4.80 per share, £2.40 a share or £30 a share which is close to the Prevail price . The amount of raise and at what price will determine where we go i suspect it could be anything between £2.50 and £7 and for anything upto a further 3.5m shares if they raise that much that would be a positive but i don't see this being done for a couple of Mil. AIMO
