Majority of Spreadex shorts were taken out between 1.9p and 1.4p so a decent profit for many, IG clients are 95% long.

Spreadex short positions down from 42% Short to 39% Short "every little helps". maybe a few more will close before the end of the day.

Last week after asking a few questions of Peter Redmond he replied to me and below are comments he made , nothing market sensitive but he echo's our frustrations.

There is only a limited amount I can tell you and no-one is more frustrated than myself and Vladik that the Market or perhaps more so a relatively small number of market players prevent the shares reflecting the movement of the Company into a clinical stage company - or that the Company has been developing drugs to fight fatal conditions for which there is not now a reliable cure or in some cases any cure at all.

The product was ready to go into trials as soon as the IND was lifted. The delays have all been due to Penn having internal issues that prevented them moving into action. We were already by then in touch with Anderson who are keen to trial it; it is going through bureaucracy more quickly than they usually work and whether to use the word "soon" or "imminently" depends on one last committee hurdle, I gather. They don't depend on our having all the trial costs raised.

The Prevail money is committed but will be subscribed in the New Year when we are able to extend the trials to cover children with leukaemia.

Of course, trials and our role in them costs considerable money but we are in process of dealing with that. I obviously cannot say more about this at present.

I honestly can tell you nothing more now except that we are working hard and that the unattributed leaks are a hindrance to us and all shareholders.

Seriously all you guys who genuinely want to short this to an extreme that it could go out of business ( it won't but thats what you want) you are a prevention to innovation and progress, i know you don't give a flying f--k but you are a contraceptive on the growth of this country and its markets.

How much legacy debt is attributable to Acugas roughly ?

Wondering what the person who bought £43k's worth at £1.58 late on thursday is making of all this ?

Actual spread is 1.48-1.53 at 11.00am. you can buy 1m at 1.54 and 2m at 1.64 as i write.

Do we think there were many shorts closed today as the bid moved very little, basically between 1.46 and 1.52 all day. Whereas ask drifted down from 1.70ish to 1.52. Just a thought. Incidently significantly a larger % of Clients are Short with Spreadex than IG 40% and 5% respectively and IG are a alot bigger than Spreadex so maybe a positive.

So is Prevail the Equity Capital ?

If so are the Partnerships and non dilutive funding coming very soon ?

Conclusion

I also would like to know why subscription is not until march. Are Prevail actually putting cash in or is it just offset against work they are doing for shares in 6 months ? We definetly need more cash and i don't belive it will be a placing as he only room to issue approx 50m more shares which is a pitance, so is there alternate funding also to be announced in the very near future ?

Very irrantional by RR , he needs to personally apologize to Zen on this occasion. We are all frustrated by this what appears to be an everlasting suspension but no need for that.

It may be a Patrnership or Licensing deal is announced pre trial with Milestone payments. X amount Pre Trial, Y amount after sucessful Phase one and Y amount Phase 2 etc. Just my thoughts but this might be a way to enable Trial starts whilst also limiting Partners exposure should trials be unsucessful.

Really we are likely to be offering $4/5/600m to SS govt are they even with your man going to arrange that kind of money. SS need that money yesterday.

Fair point KK sometimes need to vent your frustrations and trust me this share makes my Sh-t itch

Not sure how Wildcat can even begin to try and get this deal over the line, they have a market cap of £4.5m probably jack s--t in cash. we have been doing work on it for 2 years plus of a cost of probably £10-20m. It just seems implausable to me.

Well Spreadex short positions have gone from 87% of clients with short positions to 76%, 5% of which in the last hour, now they may be from monday. Tilly can you see if any more positions have opened ?

So Wildcat with a Market cap of less than £5m and over 2.8 billion shares in issue at £0.015 are in for Petronas old assets, who is providing the finance for this ? SS govt need money, sorry i dont get it. Kiir obviously hates AK.
