We hit slightly lower than this exactly 12 months ago between 14-18th June 2024 (which incidently coincides with quartley roll over with spreadbetting firms , we then rallied after rollover 20/30% with steady climb until year end end and early Feb. We all know what then happened. Genuinely believe we will get Grant Funding as cannot believe this wasn't explored knowing market conditions were so tight and the fact we have been in an agreement with Penn for nearly 4 years.

We have had a SRA in place with Penn since Aug 2020 , surely this has now been updated and modified to account for the FDA approval from Feb. Extract from website below. Surely Penn will be supporting this financially ?

The Agreement is envisaged as the first step of a larger program that aims to achieve clinical proof of concept for HEMO-CAR-T for the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (“AML”).

He isn't going to sell Cart T wholesale it will be either a license deal or joint venture, both would include an upfront payent. and i hope it is soon before trials start to give us some security and enough to continue progress with other products especially CBR.

Is it possible compansation may come in the form of smaller stake in production asset but becoming operator with view to increase BOPD by 30-50%, retain Cotco stake and small nominal cash repayment $50-100m as we would never see $1b+ comp from a small African country. ?

Disappointed as i expected to be due to net debt increasing, FX Loss but pi--ed off that yet again Niger has been put back nearly another 2 years WTF.

On a plus side SS deal still alive expected to complete Q3 2024, acknowledgement by Chad Govt compensation is due (though not forthcoming) and finally drawing down the Niara denominated debt restructure (very positive. $98 comes into H1 2024 figures so i imagine no relist before H1 prelim results release as they could be positive .

So probably Results 4.30 today or 7.00am tomorrow

If the shorters are offloading they will still be in profit at these prices but it is unusual price quoting and the sooner the better they are gone IMO

I agree future funding is the issue here and i am hoping Vlad has been it conversation, negotiation with potential partners , investors for a while now and not just starting at this conference.. Did we gofor any Grant funding from Penn ?

Could anyone tell me did we get Track One (expediated prioritized review) or standard for our patent application as the former would only take 6-12 months as opposed to 2-3 years ?
