Action before words is better at this stage, as the company has already teed up what shareholders can expect. UPL just needs to deliver now.

A chain reaction is a good analogy for the potential here and a block award can't come soon enough to get things moving - the SP has been tethered around 3p by large trades/transfers since Christmas, which remain unexplained in the absence of a TR-1.

It's the consistency of these trades that is unusual, in terms of the SP and volume. Either way they're adding up and could trigger a disclosure.
