Bolhassan Di held 37,384,622 shares at 31 December 2023. He has added 5,133,000 shares in 2024 by my calculation which equals 42,517,622 but his declared position is now 41,284,622 as per today's RNS.

Looks like a small disposal by Bolhassen Di on the same day that K. Meranun's subscription shares were admitted to the market, but happy to be corrected.

The correspondent has clearly considered Upland's meeting worth a mention as an add-on to this article, which is promising as not directly related. Presumably Mr Meranun's subscription is on her radar as well.

Moreover, Mr Meranun's average will be 1.76p following the subscription and he'll become Upland's third largest shareholder, after Tune Assets Ltd of which he is a major shareholder and director.

The company has now had a meeting with Sarawak's Premier Abang Johari and other top officials, with further face-to-face meetings planned.

PETROS was formed by Abang Johari in 2017 for Sarawak and he and the government retain final authority.
