It could be the lack of oxygen where I'm so underwater here, but I think this offer demonstrates NEX's desire to get this out of the way quickly and I'm convinced it's because there's a takeover bid inbound and this needed to be resolved first. This is all my personal opinion, but there are so many signs now I would be amazed if it didn't happen.

If it's not that, then I am convinced they've been holding off announcing the Saudi award (which is already in the media) until after the strike is over so there's at least one other piece of good news inbound.

Thanks for sharing. Once this is resolved I'm convinced the good news will start flowing. In my opinion they've been reluctant to share anything whilst strike action was happening or pending as they didn't want to give Unite more to throw at them

There could be some movement today. There's also an interesting note that job applications have trebled since the strikes began so that should help to reduce recruitment costs for a little while.

They'll be out again in force tomorrow with the US seemingly getting upset at the 0.25% rise (which most outlets had predicted). Hopefully we'll get some good news to counter it.

Noggers, as I said the volumes here are so low it's making the swings seem much larger than they are. Most companies with 600m shares, a days trading off 500,000 wouldn't make a difference. Here, it's taken it down over 2% back up to the green and back down 2%

New contracts are very likely, strike resolution is a guarantee and at these prices a takeover is a fairly strong possibility too in my view.

If you believe that site Noggers found, your holding in 5 years will be worth over £1m. That'll be a hell of a capital gains bill.

Just looked and it appears the fun little ride from 116.5 back up into the green and then back has all been achieved with less than 100k shares trading hands.

Noggers, if you think there's a chance they could be right then I'd recommend Ocado. They have that one quadrupling in a year and 30 bag in 5 years.

Does it have a proven track record of getting these things right? For instance, did it predict we would be where we are now or is this your first time using it?
