I think my 1.5m will be delayed reporting as well as didn't show up straight away. With the bid offer at 0.53/0.54, it will be reported as a sell here since it was executed below mid.

that was countered with a 2.5m buy at 0.53p at 10.44 though.

And I just bought 1.5m at 0.532p - definitely my very final top up (said that before!)

I think that is enough factual information to discredit you

Something to bear in mind is the inclusion in the MSCI World Small Cap Index - I have no idea the level of AUM that tracks this index but a very approximate comparison of companies had Vanguard (the largest ETF firm) at between 2.5% and 3% for similar stocks. So many asset managers also have ETF/Tracker products, which must double that level. So say 5% of outstanding stock is now needed by these firms, which is c. 25m shares or 10 days of average daily volume over the past twelve months.

If we take out the 30% held by Linde and JCB as not-for-sale stock, then you're talking over 7% of the stock needed in the short-term. No doubt some has already been bought ahead of this evening as evidenced by the increased number of trades we've seen recently - but I would guess that there's still a pretty chunky amount of stock needed to be bought in the very short-term.

we can all put links together to come up with whatever story we wish - and there is certainly a possibility that this is a new dawn. I assume he will be giving up some of his board positions - from a corporate governance perspective, being the Chairman of two other companies, (and now on the board of 4) isn't great. Further, he's only been chairman of Dnatrix for 5 months and there hasn't even been a board meeting yet (the last AGM was November as well, prior to his appointment).

But I digress - all I was doing was trying to provide some balance to view that was emerging here that had Nick Glover hounded out, momelotinib never coming to market, a full strategic review within a month during lockdown that turns its focus 180 degrees and works to our favour, etc. I sincerely hope it does work in our favour trust me.

Momelotinib is continuing full steam ahead at Sierra - we may get a little more focus in due course but this isn't really about us at this stage. Certainly not bad news I would add - but speculation that this is good news for CHK1 and bad news for momelotinib is misplaced

Apologies - I posted earlier on the ITM page but not here and since I'm invested in both, that was a little remiss of me.

MSCI announced today that Ceres Power (and ITM Power) will be added to the MSCI Global Small Cap Index in its May review, with changes taking place as of the close of May 29th.

Therefore, any tracker/ETF etc. using the MSCI Global Small Cap index as its benchmark will be required to include little old Ceres Power.

By my calculations at the end of April's valuation, this benchmark had a market cap of ever so slightly north of £4 trillion. Therefore, for every £1000 invested in this benchmark, just under 20p will find its way to Ceres Power stock.
