Jeremy, Cathal and the team have made good progress at selecting and doing deals for a number of licences which they are well funded to develop and take to the next stage. Dear all, just as Open Orphan are powering ahead nicely with positive results from their human challenge study for Covid 19 out today, spin-out Poolbeg Pharma have been quietly buying up licences with their 25M pot of money. Dear all, we spoke to Rolf Gerritsen, CEO at MetalNRG this morning, and he gave us a comprehensive update on the outlook for 2022, and an operational update on what is happening throughout the business today. He is looking forward to recommissioning the green waste plant in Italy in Q2 and sees further investment in EQTEC 'shovel ready' projects. He is also optimistic that the new Government in Kyrgyzstan might lead to a reinstatment of the uranium exploitation licence there. And Rolf tells us there has been some 'early stage' interest from others in joining the GoldRidge project in Arizona.

We interviewed Brad George, CEO at Orosur Mining. This is an in-depth operational update covering all aspects of the business. The operational handover to Agnico/Newmont has been completed and took longer than expected. The future looks good with Orusur holding a 25% stake in what will be a very large gold project. This puts Orosur in a stronger position to negotiate deals than many other Juniors in what appears to be a cyclical downturn in the market. The tin JV in Brazil is almost signed. Dear all, Helge Hammer, CEO at Longboat Energy spoke at the London South East webinar, our last event of 2021. He showed a laser-like knowledge of the Norwegian sector, and pointed up the fact that the current tax breaks available for exploration costs in Norway may be extended. He also said he was comfortable with asset swaps and divestment as being an ideal way to build a full cycle E&P company.
