I'd have thought if speculation had been rife, then during that widespread conjecture someone at somepoint would have suggested a price. Or, perhaps, just perhaps, there hasn't been rife speculation.

Some poster a while back during our "good" year used to do the school run and when they'd got back found they were worth far more than when they went out. I've just experienced the same thing. Let's hope this is now, finally, the back of these low prices.

I'm looking forward to the potential resource upgrades in December - I think it may have been discussed a while ago, but can anyone remind me how often, after December, further resource upgrades may happen if applicable?

For me, the only reason it would say H2 CY21 rather than either Q3 or Q4 is that they were not sure which side it would fall. So by that reckoning it's going to be somewhere on the cusp.

Added a few more today. I also love the monthly div - I've got a couple of quarterly payers and this every month ( most of the rest twice a year ) so it means I can meddle and tinker with fresh money rather than sell things due to impatience!
