Here is my unashamed ramp of the day.

The last few months have been difficult - less assays / drills reported than expected, plenty of negative sentiment around and the SP struggling to even tread water. To be absolutely honest I never expected GGP to be down to quite these levels.

However I believe we are on the cusp of a positive re-rate. It feels as if we are at the start of a new phase.

Come on GGP tonight!!!

Some of us may have lived through the bronze age and the iron age. Hopeful for the gold age to start soon.

I thought I'd get loads done at work today with LSE being down. In reality I've spent most of the morning just checking to see if it was back up yet.

Hi Noob, I'd not seen the Peepshow take on that ( I've just had a look now ) - for me it's just one of those that grates like fingernails on a blackboard, and I don't even really know why!

I've just been away for a couple of weeks completely without any access to the internet ( a little bit on purpose ) so it's great being back and seeing GGP in the starting blocks again. Also great seeing a few familiar names re-appear and confidence building after a really decent RNS. Havieron JV is looking after itself and now other areas are starting to reveal. Am I being greedy for just one more big hit?!!

Hi TimBob - it's always a difficult one to call. All things being equal, one advantage of the sell/buy route is that you get your pseudo 'divi' sooner than having to wait for an actual payout date. However I still tend to just wait it out!
From my limited time watching EPIC, I would agree that it seems fairly unmoved around ex-divi date. 1/12 of the overall % then the movement or impact may be hard to spot amongst the natural day to day trading.

The MMs are matching buyers to sellers. There has been some news that has made some want to sell.
Every single BB I go one mentions MM games as if they have it in for their share.

Anyway, this is a hold for me and possibly buy. Still mega potential.

Hi Notrader, whilst I agree that this is always a possibility, you would expect the first estimate that was given to err heavily on the side of caution. The infil drilling provides more data to try to certify continuity of grade, so one would think that the figures must assume maybe not a worst case, but one at the lower end of the scale of probability.

Hey Cdl1, just wait 'til Niall Quinn's starts giving his input on the board...the amount of geology he knows is staggering. I think.

Don't know why your account got banned - in my experience of this BB, the main reasons I see for removal of posts is:

Abusive lanugage (usually takes about 20 days of relentlessness to get banned )
Poetry ( instant )

"I struggle with the sell side of things"

I've seen lots of discussions about the pros and cons of dividends - and one of the pros for me is exactly the above. For me, I prefer to have 'fresh' money to invest even though the company paying me has the burden of a large outlay of cash thus reducing its value / MCap by the amount paid out and dropping the SP. I also don't like selling and having to time a market to get the best price. I prefer a more passive involvement!

It's also the potential to be infitine ( not bitcoin but Crypto ) that I can't get my head around. A potentially infinite suppy isn't the best economic model.

I have a question about investing Crypto and it's the bit I really don't get. Apologies for all my posts tonight as I've had plenty of red wine. But it's this - I understand the finite nature of something like bitcoin and that there is only so much of it available., making it theoretically more scarce when demand gets high, pushing the price up. But what about people creating new cryptos? There are new ones coming out all the time - thus making crypto potentially infinite. I suspect I don't really understand but that's the bit I really don't get.
