Itsoutthere, you've mentioned the share price fall in your last couple of posts - this is now getting to be old news - the share has treaded water for a full three months now and we approach 2023 heading towards a FS and technically fully funded to pay for the capex of finally mining. If this is managed the right way then the share price will hopefully follow a similar pattern to the " Trojan horses' " company FMG which from 2006 - 2009 looks pretty much like GGPs - if the future pans out anything like theirs, then it will be worth holding as part of a portfolio for a very long time.

I wondered this too. I've put a little bit in here to test the water earlier this week.

In the RNS it says "Incorporated in Guernsey under The Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008, as amended, with registered number 58123 and registered as a Registered Closed-ended Collective Investment Scheme with the Guernsey Financial Services Commission" - being Guernsey there may well be no Witholding Tax at all, but I am waiting to see if I understand it correctly.
At the end of their dividend declarations, they state "Dividends will be paid gross of tax.". Here's to hoping!

Just a minor point but the rhetoric will become easier in 2023 - whether it be selling this project to institutional investors, enthusing private investors and even encouraging long term holders. When certain time frames suddenly become "this calendar year" it starts to focus the mind....
