For those interested, Scancell is on the Milken Institute tracker for their Covid19 vaccines which highlights that Phase 1 is due to start in Q1 2021.

Happy for that to be the case for the next two years to be honest.

It gives me another £40k in an ISA to sink profits into Scancell. I'm almost at the annual limit this year.

I've just seen this, fair point. Here is a counter point.

Someone said earlier that an RNS is expected in about 7 weeks if the trial has not been delayed. I would think that Scancell would not fund raise until after that news raises the price, even if they need to take another salary cut.

Of course, sellers could drive the price even lower, making a low priced takeover much more attractive to one of the big players. To me it makes no sense to issue shares at 4.5p when Vulpes paid a higher price, even appreciating the that was then, this is now argument.

I'm not keen for the price to move upwards without substantive information providing a foundation. To me, it will be just another pump and dump like situation.

If we are seven weeks or so from substantive news, I'd rather wait and see what happens then. If we get another dump on the back of good news, then we will know far more about investor mood.

FYI, I've seen a board in German discussing share board commentary to inform their market. I have to assume it is this and other boards.

Good Morning all. I'm trying to stay away from board first thing in the morning, so just catching up. Do you think the clinical trial would have continued through lockdown, or shut down. Would Scancell have issued a RNS for any clinical trial delays? If it has not been delayed, I hope it is excellent news for the participants.

C7, re the trades, so that sell for a grand total of £3.82, means less than £1 return if the cost of trading was only £3. I take your point though, which is why my current strategy is to target those other shares and put the profit into Scancell.

Ray, Thank you. I have thought that for awhile. I have not done much investigation into the various applications, however, I think they will come. All the more reason for there to be someone who knows how to communicate that value to those who are interested in this arena.

(I am struggling to understand why some are continually selling at such a low value when leaving the small sums they are trading in place for two years really would not make much difference. With £3 to £8/ trade costs, it seems pointless.)

Agree. Even though I have been through their media page before, it is very easy to get distracted. However, repeating the sound bite frequently will not do us any harm if we get to market / land a deal sooner rather than later.

Ray, this is the first time I've seen this.... I keep wondering why Scancell is the best kept secret on the AIM market.

RR, If I had £250k to spare, I would be buying up now.

As it is, I've placed some bets on shares I expect to rise ahead of Scancell's timeline and hope to put the profits to work.

I can see this as being hugely beneficial in getting the workforce which must deal with the public, and those who use public transport back to doing what they need to do.

I noticed that too. I've also noticed another pattern which is open going up (from Asia), then dip post 10:30, and then back up again later in the day when the US opens.

I think we would all be quite happy with anything from £2 upwards to.t £8/share valuation to come through.

With the portfolio which Scancell has, I would not be surprised that it might go much higher. Had my son tuck away a small amount of shares into his ISA for some point in the future.
