I suspect that yhe true motive behind the gentleman I met was the same agenda I'd push, but if it means there is a joined up approach so that doctors can access full histories and appointments (as well as patients being able yo see upcoming appointments), it would be a start in the right direction.

Where I am, nurses are vital in ensuring patients get through the maze. Their care is priceless, so I hope the Government stumps up a pay rise soon.

What I didn't hear being mentioned was the development of an NHS AI which could be set up to spot earlier warning signs and help prevent a malady becoming a crisis. They have the historic data and given the features of most smart phones (plus addons), real time tracking for the most vulnerable is possible

Agree, but the payoff to Redmile would be enormous when share are listed in the USA. American have great vehicles to invest for retirement, and all the baby boomers to gen x-z will be interested in avoiding cost of medical treatmentbankruptcy (65% of all bankruptcies in the US).

6x as many people, not sure of the % of active/inactive investors but a US listing means many around the glove will be able to trade more easily and at lower costs.

It would not be the first UK firm to move their headquarters out of the UK....

I agree with the necessity of teaching what kids do not learn in school. My son was instructed to sign up for an ISA, and the platform pushed him into a trading account.

Luckily we caught it before the end of the tax year, and he'd made over 6K copies gains, so he was close to the annual threshold.

I told him to put some of it into Scancell, and though he was concerned by the drop, he has not sold.

I didn't pick up that tVulpes had converted all of theirs. Thanks for that. So all we need to worry about is a divestment from them.

Obviously RM would trigger a t/o if they convert more of the options unless Scancell issue new shares to the extent that the outstanding options are below the threshold. When do those options expire? I seem to recall that the period was extended.

I also noticed that a number of the outstanding options expire over the next two years, so I'm sure there will be a number of updates for the exercising of them.

As Vulpes have all those shares from 2020 in the bag, I'm not worried about them not buying in the market. I'm more worried about them selling to fund the options.

I assume they put it it into their new biotech fund as a key asset, valuing it at the current £/$ rate which i think is normal busoness practice.

I'm not at all surprised the fund is not UK based, and I would not be at all surprised I'd they use it to increase their % holding.

Anyone remember the dates on the 2 year deal for Vulpes and Redmile for the conversion? I've assumed this is Vulpes geting their ducks in a row and using their new fund to fuel the conversion.

I hope their new corporate governance prevents them from squashing their investments' share prices willy nilly.

As someone said Fridays are for bad news, I'll

In terms of the trial, I would imagine there are thousands who would be eligible to take part, so I'm hoping after this first human trial proves safety and efficacy that the next is rolled out for the many others needing treatment.

Re the number, I assumed it had to be above 25 for each trial to have statistical significance, and a fee extra for dropouts and untimely demises.

Like everyone else, I'm hoping that some of the agile techniques and real time patient reporting tools are put to use, ensuring that trial data is as accurate as possible. As the tumours dissolved in 4 days in mice, I hope that the trial participants have similar success in losing their tumours

However prior to the hatchet article, the share price was at least 5p North of the current- without the latest trial news.

I'm not ramping, but just think Scancell coyld do a better job of keeping the markets informed. This is as important as all the presentations they do at the medical research conferences IMHO.

I am chuffed that so many are going to have the opportunity to trial this. With all the delays for many, I hope that they are they real winners in this.

I orginally invested in Scancell in 2015 because of their groundbreaking work in pancreatic research. Off topuc: I heard over the weekend that artifical pancreases are now being trialled widely, providing hope for millions.

I would jot mind a takeover at sat £1-2/share...
