They have options here to run everything themselves with grant funding and inward investment, Out license lead programmes, sell any of the programmes, the AI engine churning out more and more Novel candidates means everything is on the table.

Michael Layman, William Potts and Nicholas Nelson have been supporting this business since the Awakn 0.10p days, their total declared shareholdings have come from placing and lenders warrants, some of their followers may pick up stock but if you look at those three industry professionals they have put in £1m at a time on specific projects to drive this business to the next step - this isn't them buying ( £140k in last few sessions ) .

I view AT as being very fair to PI's, working within the rules and guidelines keeping them informed.

Roll on 2026 by end of H1 we will see clearly what we have here.

Re: funding.

Once the out licensing amounts are known, that advises on the funding and potential Nasdaq share issue that will be required.

Uncertainty on outlicensing has (imo) allowed other parties to pick up stock where pi's have sold down.

Fact is, svns could run 001 and 002 on their own but would need funding.

If they out license it, they have to share future profits, but it gives up front cash flow payments which can go towards the listing costs and gearing for the USA.

Out licensing 001 also underwrites an increased value in 002.

That svns have shown that they can attract non dilutative funding as they had indicated is of interest for the other programmes.

The BOD have been plotting and planning this, the Ai has added to and sped it all up.

I'm sure they will tell us something soon.

Imo, ignore the prices once you've got yr holding in place, keep looking at the micro and macro aspects and wait.

Q4 has become Q1 - im ok with that.

Theyve widened the pipeline with 014 and 015.

The updates on both AUD programmes slowed down due to explained and easily understood reasons.

The CEO didnt take back dated salary, he took stock warrants.

They appointed Paul Carter.

Theyve told us that theres something else coming in Q1 that theyre working on.

Theyve nabbed funding from the us Govt.

You'd have to be a bit dopey not to sit up and take notice of this group of people imo.

A great Ai question is " if Solvonis want to list on the Nasdaq, who would they approach in New York?"

Then adjust and direct using the previous co name of Awakn.

014 proceeding to choose a lead novel compound, not the 3 that were rns, but the four as Prof Nutt and the Ai engine found a fourth.
