Kerogen the largest shareholder in HUR is silent,which is very illuminating.They are obviously in concert with BOD and are probably the largest Bondholders too.The plan post reconstruction will be to control the company,buy out the remaining shareholders and sell to a big player ,probably BP who buy our oil.The cost to them is minuscule and the tax losses are an added bonus.
